Stayed May 20, 2022The property was a block away from the beach and peer and since we brought our own ebikes, getting around anywhere we needed to was a breeze. We had a blast and the children loved getting to explore and have a new adventure.

Stayed May 11, 2026Stayed (4) nights, would have stayed an extra (2) nights but wasn't available. Perfect for couples, very clean, everything on site that we could possibly need for cooking, etc. Although, the charcoal grill which is actually an outdoor fireplace is pretty cool, there just wasn't a grate in the event I wanted to grill over coals. The gas grill is very nice & looks very new, didn't use it do to weather. Bed is very comfortable.Very quiet area until the next door property, (large 3-story house), guests checked in the next day. Probably 10 men, very, very loud outside until after midnight when the quiet times in the area and dictated by the city is 10PM. This was not the fault of this property, just very inconsiderate folks next door.Great location for us and couples wanting a nice weekend getaway. We loved it.

Stayed Sep 10, 2025Our stay was very pleasant.The only change I would recommend, is adding pull curtains to the sunroom for more privacy at night, and adding at least a door chain to be able to lock the connecting door from the main house and the sunroom.

Stayed Jun 30, 2024Nice location to the south beach and pier. Never walked it, but did bike and used a golf cart. Decent size for 2 adults and a child. Small bathroom and kitchen, when the sofa bed was out not a lot of room in the living room area. The sunroom was nice. There’s quite a few rules in place, but the surrounding properties didn’t really follow them which was a little annoying. It would be difficult to fit two cars next to each other in the proclaimed 2 parking spots for the unit. If you’re looking for a place to sleep, shower, and cook a simple meal while spending most of your time out and about this is the place to stay. Had difficulty with the checkout system, so I messaged them and called, they promptly took care of it. Would stay again.

Stayed Apr 30, 2022The property is well maintained but a bit too close to Sting Ray's restaurant which featured live music some nights. That said, it was very convenient and easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. It was a good value except of VRBO's excessive fees.

Stayed Sep 10, 2021Very clean, quiet stay within a very short walk of one of our favorite restaurants, Stingrays (get the conch fritters!) and a new coffee shop. Grab a bite and easily walk to the beach.
