Great location in beautiful Palmetto Dunes! Easy pool/beach access was a highlight of this unit. Nice decor provided a cozy and beachy vibe. More of a pool view than an ocean view but a great view nonetheless. Will rent this unit again!

Excellent location. I’ve stayed here several times. The 2nd shower needs some work and the cleaning has gone down a little.

The unit was very clean. Everything was so well stocked that a person could need. There were even spices in the cabinets. Jan the host was most accommodating. I hope to stay in this unit again! We could not tell from the pictures that there was patio access from the living room. We thought it was only from the primary bedroom so we were pleasantly surprised. The whole experience was nice. All the other families staying in the complex were so friendly.

Amazing property and location! 10/10!

Had some issues that were out of ours or our host’s control and our host did an amazing job of helping us through these issues. You could tell how much she wanted us to have a great experience.

The condo was clean and very accommodating. We had everything we needed and a great location! More of a pool view than a beach view, but the trade off is the incredible proximity to the pool and beach. Literally just a few steps off the private porch. All instructions were great and we love being in Palmetto Dunes.

Everything was perfect!

Great location with the easiest access to pool and beach that we have ever experienced in all of our trips to HHI. Jan was great with an instant response to a question or two during our stay. Our daughter and her family stayed in a unit 3 doors down which was in the same building and also on the first floor. Perfect arrangement for her family and us. Check in and departure were as easy as it gets. We would do it all over aga8n.

Excellent location to pool and beach

This space is exactly as described. Extremely convenient to be able to walk out the back door to the pool/beach instead of walking around the building. Since it is right by the pool, you do hear people out there, but there was a fan in the bedroom that acted as a noise machine that drowned out the people. Would stay here again.

Great location and great communication from owner!

Spacious and clean condo with great access to pool and beach. Furniture was comfortable, kitchen well-equipped and washer/dryer brand new. Property manager very responsive.

My family visited during Spring Break and this property is ELITE! Has great location to pool, the grills, and most importantly... THE BEACH!!!!!! We were also able to ride our bikes to Shelter Cove due to the ease of access to the Palmetto Dunes bike trails. The inside was very spacious for 2 adults and 2 children who each got their own bed. Loved having individual bathrooms for each bedroom and that the master bedroom's amenities were separated completely from the rest of the condo. The kitchen was the perfect size for cooking and had plenty of kitchen supplies to be functional. Jan did a great job communicating especially when we had a code malfunction and helped us fix the problem quickly. My wife and I have already decided that anytime we come to HHI, we are staying here due to affordability, location, and cleanliness.Thank you to our gracious host!

Our stay was amazing. Condo has an awesome location and with being first floor you could still see the ocean from the deck. Very clean and everything we needed. Communication with owner was great. The master shower had amazing water pressure which is a huge plus when on a beach vacay! Definitely recommend!!
