Lovely location right on the beach. Kitchen was adequately stocked. No table to eat at, but that wasn’t a problem for the 3 of us. Host kept in good communication

Nice little place on the beach. Host was very quick to answer any questions and was very welcoming. Within walking distance of some great restaurants and attractions. I really loved the back patio and access to beach loungers right outside. The pool is also very nice.

We absolutely loved our stay! ! The condo has the best oceanfront location and Lisa was the most helpful and friendly host we have ever had. The place felt very safe, and the kitchen had everything we needed - even nice extras, like coffee, tea, olive oil, sugar, salt, etc.Being on the ground floor was amazing – just one step and you are right on the beach ! Beach chairs and towels were provided, and the beds were super comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay ! Definitely will be back.

Checkin and booking was quick and easy. 1st impressions was awesome. This started to fade overnight with the aiirconditioner in the morning a puddle developed I used towels as the floors are slippery when wet condensation he said

What a wonderful stay! Celebrating our 40th anniversary this year we chose Nancy’s condo on the beach. Just can’t beat the view and just a few steps and your feet are in the sand. The unit was so lovely and very clean. Nancy is a great host and responded quickly to any questions we had. We were so happy to have a few refreshments in the fridge and snacks when we arrived after a long day of travelling. The condo staff is friendly and there is security on the beach and a gated entry. There was some restaurants near by and don’t be afraid to jump on the bus for 12 pesos. Just hang on as the ride can be a little rough. We have no complaints and we hope to go back soon!

This condo is in a very good location as far as being on the beach, access to public transportation, nearby restaurants. We loved this unit since it was on ground level, walk out to the beach and the bonus was having a patio that you can actually sit and relax watching the water. We will definitely make our way back to this wonderful unit. Nancy is a wonder host. She responded quickly to all my messages. This units has a lot of amenities that made our stay great.

We loved the apartment, it was modern, clean and fresh with great linens and an awesome stocked kitchen. Loved the books, my wife loved the hairdryer. It was steps from a lovely private beach and also featured a big pool that was always sparkling clean. The beach was always kept clean and free of seaweed, great umbrellas. The host was awesome too.

The place itself is modern, spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning runs cold—an absolute must for a beach getaway. The home strikes a perfect balance between comfort and vacation vibes, making it feel like your own little escape. With beach access right from the back door, it’s hard to beat the convenience. One thing to note: security here is extremely tight, and no guests are allowed on the property, not even just to visit or look. This could be a pro for those seeking privacy or a con if you’re hoping to host friends. You can add individuals later, but at an extra cost if they weren’t added at the start. Overall, it’s an incredible spot for a peaceful and private beach retreat!

This property is absolutely enjoyable and amazing. I love the beach and the pool. It is close enough to the fun but far enough away to have peace and quiet when you want it. Being on the first floor and having the beach right out your back door is really really nice. We will definitely be back to this condo.

We had a great stay at Nancy's condo. It's right on the beach which was very quiet compared to the neighboring hotels. The check in process is easy and they have simplified their wifi login to a QR code. We really appreciated the air conditioning and filtered water provided as it was extremely hot during our stay. The location of the condo is quite convenient with restaurants, convenience stores, business stop, and taxis nearby.

We stayed 5 nights here and I loved every single minute! This apartment is located on the lagoon side of Cancun at a 5 minute walk to the ferry to isla mujeres, good restaurants and mini markets short walking distance as well. Most of all, it’s quiet, calm and relaxing right on the beach which is just what I needed. The customer service is absolutely fantastic! They will go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met.

This is a very nice property. The property manager was very responsive. We totally enjoyed the stay and the quiet adults only status. We had everything that we needed to live there.
