Stayed Apr 2, 2026This is third year staying at this location and has always been our favorite spot! When we arrived the kitchen floor was covered in water and the fridge was full of water from a leak in the filtration system. We didn’t realize it was an ongoing leak so we ended up needed to mop the kitchen again an hour later. We turned off the water but that meant we had buy water and ice. We also noticed the garbage was never picked up from the previous visitors and despite notifying the property manager animals continued to get into the trash all weekend and there was garbage all over the walkway and parking lot. Considering the check out expectations (cleaning, doing all the dishes etc.) it was disappointing how much time we had spend cleaning on our vacation.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025The property was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, cooking utensils and small appliances. The location was a convenient 5 to 10 minute walk to downtown. It was back from the road so, no real car noise. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Jul 17, 2025We knew we were in the right place when we arrived and were immediately greeted by a fawn. Though we surprised each other, it was a magical way to start our vacation.I stayed here with my wife, two kids, and our 7-month-old puppy, and we had an absolutely excellent stay. The property was immaculate, the kitchen fully stocked with appliances and cookware, and the view from the back deck was breathtaking.I made the most of it by cooking waffles one morning, and we spent many afternoons sitting outside, watching the wildlife. We saw plenty of deer and ducks—and even spotted the resident beaver on his daily commute up the canal.The property is within walking distance of downtown and just a short drive to the beach. Great location, beautiful home, and super cozy. We’d definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 19, 2024Everything was just as stated in the listing. Very well stocked. Close to all of the activities. Would not recommend for older pets or anyone not able to do stairs but we had no problem with this. Would definitely stay again if we made another trip to Ocean Shores.
