Very nice and comfortable

Convenient, nicely renovated, comfortable and functional property for beach stay. Easy to communicate with the management, just would have liked to have had more direct communication from them concerning details. Great that it is pet friendly. The only drawback was the massive amount of landscaping going on with noisy chainsaws and the like, but I'm sure that will all make things better in the future.

Not sure floor was mopped before our stay by the looks of the bottom of my feet. Otherwise everything was clean and great.

The condo was clean and comfortable. Decorated nicely as well. Big TVs were nice

The rooms were very clean EXCEPT for the floors and if we went barefoot our feet were black from being on the tile floor. But everything else about our stay was excellent!

Clean room and great communication with host.

This is a wonderful budget friendly condominium. Every room is updated, updated floors, showers, granite countertops. It is also in a prime central location on the strip of Destin. Not even 5 min drive to beach access. The host was super accommodating and attentive to all questions. We will definitely come back to this wonderful condo.

My stay was very peaceful..everything was just the way i imagined..i stayed a week n wasn’t ready to come bk b/c just sitting in the backyard n watching the lake was good enough for me but unfortunately i had my girls so i had an amazing stay.

The unit was exactly as described. Communicating with Philip was always great and timely. The unit is in a great location with multiple back ways to get to places without getting into the heavy traffic on 98. The pool was never busy either. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

It was a really nice condo. It was decorated very cute. I didn’t use any of the amenities. But it was nice to know I could have. It was a bit pricey since I only slept and showered there. But that was my choice.

I came with my two teen nieces for a week. It was a great place for the three of us to stay! Good location, clean, updated. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, we had a good stay at this property. The parking was very close to the actual room. Everything in the condo was clean and organized. We did have to buy more toilet paper and tide pods because there was limited supplies, but that is to be expected. Our host, Philip, was very accommodating and returned my responses in a quick manner. We did have to drive to the beach because the walk was just a little too far for us, but we knew this when we booked the stay. The pool was a short walk from the front door, which was a big plus. Perfect little get-away!

This property is in a central location close to everything. The condo was very clean and we did not have any problems. Our host Phil, was very responsive which made our stay feel even more comfortable.

Calypso was an amazing condo! It was clean, comfy had everything we needed! The bed was comfortable and we had plenty of towels for our stay! There’s 3 pools to choose from and none were over crowded at all!! The property owner was easy to get ahold of if needed and very friendly! We drove to beach access since we have an 8 month old but it’s very easy to get to and not far at all! We will definitely be back here and book Calypso again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Im really not the one to leave a bad review at all. But the customer service is really terrible to the point im writing this review. The place is nice and its a good location but we have found multiple roaches during our stay and contacted them to find a solution for the problem but they have been extremely rude and said they would refund my cleaning fee but never did. Then they proceeded to ignore me and my messages. And we had to fly back and found a baby roach in our luggage. I have pictures and videos that I sent for proof that I shared with them but they didn’t treat the problem seriously which made me more disappointed .

Great place definitely recommend

The property was great, very clean and a great location. Our only complaint was the neighboring condo had a dog that barked constantly. Aside of the barking dog, everything was wonderful.

Great location but a week isn't long enough to do everything there is to do in this area

The condo was very nice for the price paid. It was well equipped and location very convenient to everything. The most impressive thing was that I accidently left a diamond necklace there. I contacted Andrea and she went and found it and is having it mailed back to me! Very happy with the service and communication.

The room was so clean and the listing managers are wonderful. The only downside is this is in a bunch of condos and the people above us were awful. On our last night of the stay they were likely drunk and knocking things over, smashing stuff, etc, all night. Which is not their fault but be aware that because it’s a vacation rental property place, people are likely to be unruly. Not a big deal but the master bedroom had poor cooling and we were insanely hot even with the doors all open. Additionally, the master bed is so hard and uncomfortable we didn’t sleep well. Everything else about our stay was perfect. I would love to stay with the same hosts again but maybe at a different property

This was a gated community and well kept. The condo was the cleanest and most updated VRBO we have stayed. It was on the ground floor with convenient parking. It was close to Destin beaches and downtown Destin.
