Enjoy the heart of Carolina Beach at Cabana De Mar from your own private fourth-floor balcony. Spend the morning at the beach with beach access from a private community boardwalk. If you need a break from the sand,you can lounge at the oceanfront pool. Step out onto the back patio to oversee the kids splashing in the pool and view the beautiful fireworks every Thursday night in the summer. Walk two blocks to the famous Carolina Beach boardwalk where you can eat ice cream, visit a souvenir shop, purchase a new t-shirt, and try our Famous Britts Donuts. Inside the condo, you definitely won’t forget you are on vacation with an unbeatable oceanfront view from your living room and balcony. Don't worry, groceries are a snap with elevator access to your floor. Cabana Suites 409 is ready to be your forever vacation home!



Ground Level:

Our building has security cameras monitoring the parking lot and pool.

Gated parking lot entry. First come, first serve covered parking under the building with an overflow lot across the street. Elevator access. Pool (In Season) and Beach Access.

Security Cameras are located at the parking area, back porch, and pool at this property.



Property Level:

Hallway to Living room with ocean front glass wall & sliding doors to balcony. Upholstered Queen-size sleeper sofa and dining table for four.

Primary Bedroom Suite with king-size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with vanity and walk-in shower.

Guest bedroom with queen-size bed and TV. Ensuite bathroom with vanity and walk-in shower.

Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and range. *No Dishwasher in this unit! Washer and dryer closet.



Parking: 2 vehicles Max. Paper passes are to be hung on the rearview mirror of the vehicle. If the pass is not displayed, the owner may be fined, and the automobile may be booted or towed at the owner's expense.



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds. 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Check-out is by 10 am. 

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Elevator Policies:

Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures. 



Pool Notice:

Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.



Pet Policy:

No pets allowed.



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Getting Around:

Getting around Pleasure Island is a breeze! While parking can be limited in peak season, especially in popular spots, paid private or public parking is available. We recommend exploring Carolina Beach and Kure Beach on foot or by bike – they're super walkable and bike-friendly. You'll find safe pedestrian and bike routes, including the Island Greenway. Renting a golf cart or bike is easy, too, with several local rental companies. Golf carts are one of the easiest ways to cruise around the island. Rentals are simple to arrange, and once you're behind the wheel, you can zip along any road posted 35 mph or under.

    Location is wonderful, bedrooms are decently sized, but kitchen/living area and balcony are ridiculously small for four people. Balcony is basically a ledge with a railing. Kitchen is so small it’s basically useless. And the .

    The property is as advertised, nice and up to date. The location is centralized to all the restaurants and shops in Craolina Beach. Pros- Location, condo is up to date, access to the beach, response to issue with AC unit.Cons- This property uses a rental agency to manage it and uses a hard key versus electrocinc key. Had to go to the office and pick up the key before going to the property. Had to initially make up the bed, with what this unit cost and being late to let us check in, this should be done. The blinds in the master bedroom let a lot of light in and being a light sleeper this created issues with sleeping at night.

    location was great. Roaches were a pain to deal with. we had to take garbage out after every meal. several of the lamps did not work. The DVD player did not work. the handle on the inside of the main door kept coming off and the air conditioning was extremely loud. Beach was awesome and overall trip went well.

    Overall, it was a decent place to stay with the exception of the comforters on the beds, they had a stinch of sweating humans on them. We washed them ourselves so we could sleep knowing that no one else's body odor was with us. It was a bit smaller than we anticipated but that wasn't a problem because it was just my wife and me. Location was Great!!!

    We had a wonderful time. The mattresses were wonderful and soft. It was so much space. The only thing i would suggest is a step stool. I had to use a chair to reach the top cabinets.
