By The Sea: Gorgeous ocean views with balcony!

Beach view is phenomenal

Everything we needed for a long weekend! It was beautiful to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean!

Very easy to get in and out of the condo, the parking lot was just steps away. The condo was as super clean, and had everything we needed.... and the view is unmatched!! We will definitely stay here again, and I recommend this listing very highly! Thanks for everything Alan!

The host was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Any time I had a question he was quick to respond and very friendly! My partner and I honestly had such a great stay here. The place was super clean, cozy, and just really easy to feel comfortable in. The location and views were amazing, especially the sunrises, and it was the perfect spot to relax and just enjoy the trip. It truly is directly on the water. Everything was exactly like the listing and the whole experience was super smooth. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a chill getaway!

The host was most welcoming and communication was excellent. The space was perfect for our Holiday visit- clean, very nice, and exactly how described. The bed was comfortable and the views were stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. Highly recommend!

I will never stay here again. The room had a musty spell as soon as we walked in. The bedroom window had an AC unit plumbed into it which caused a massive draft of cold air to constantly blow in at night while trying to sleep. Temps outside got into the 20s and 30s. It made sleeping very uncomfortable. The sliding door glass was filthy and the door itself was extremely difficult to open due to being misaligned. This was annoying since I had to constantly be close to the door to open it for my wife and mother in law. The outlet for the Keurig machine didn’t work. The storm door doesn’t latch on its own and I had to constantly mess with it when leaving so that the wind didn’t grab it and rip it off. The floor and table had sand on it as soon as we checked in. Overall, we were not pleased with this place for the price we paid, even in the off season.

You are truly on the water and are able to see dolphins up close several times a day!

Absolutely loved this place. Will be back again. Clean and simple and decorated so nicely that you just know you are here to relax and merge the ocean roar right into your soul. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was at our fingertips. Alan (host) was amazing in communication. Can’t say enough good things about our stay

An incredible location.

This property has extraordinary views, convenient location and plenty of available parking spaces. Our kids loved watching the ocean from the balcony and enjoyed using the basketball court that was directly across the street! Wi-Fi access was a plus with teens.

Everything was as advertised. Although there isn’t beach access at high tide, there is public access just two houses over so it wasn’t a big deal to get on the beach. Recommend walking down to see the sunrise. Happy to have a little ice maker. Bed slept well, and even though I was there during an extreme heat advisory, the unit stayed cool and comfortable.

Lovely place really enjoyed our stay and the owner was very tentative when we had a user error issue with the door, the neighbors are super friendly hated to leave. Thanks for your hospitality!!

The location was great for a family vacation. The beach was tranquil. Met some wonderful families. The view from the balcony was amazing and during high tide the water came in so close it was akin to paradise. The furnishings were a bit dated and the washer and dryer did not work. The owner informed us a few days before arrival but shared a repairman was scheduled to fix it during our stay which did not happen. This was a bummer as we packed lite. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience. Access to the community basketball court was a plus for our son and the beach acces was spectacular. Hope to be back to this beautiful beach soon!

You can’t beat the view and having the water wash up under you at high tide! Great communication from Alan throughout the stay with detailed instructions. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at By the Sea so much!The accommodations were perfect for the two of us!! We came to relax and that’s just what we did!! Our host was easy to contact when we had questions. We highly recommend this property!!

Excited to have beach this time around. The shore fluctuates rapidly, so get there while there's beach to walk on during low tide before it gets washed downstream again. The unit was immaculate. Murphy bed right next to the sliding glass door is a great perk. Like being on a private yacht at high tide. Plenty of nice touches and the rainshower showerhead with extra jets is a special bonus. Alan is the bestest!

This property is just as described. Very clean, nicely decorated and definitely waterfront. The beach was beautiful, high tide is very high. Owner was extremely responsive when we had an issue with the washer.

The view from the property was outstanding, the sunsets and sunrises were wonderful to watch. The property had all of the amenities that we needed, the shower was amazing and the bed was comfortable. Alan was great at communicating with us throughout the entirety of our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice, clean property. We really enjoyed our 3 nights. Having never been to Topsail Beach, we were pleasantly surprised how nice the town is. Great views. I even got sprayed by the waves as the tide was right up to the condo! Highly recommend!

Beautiful ocean beach experience right outside your door.

This place was perfect for our family to make a quick visit with our son in Sneads Ferry. Lots of beach time right outside our door!
