Ariel Dunes II features three large pools, one with zero entry and a spacious deck for lounging and catching some rays.

The spectacular resort amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, on-site golf, tennis, fitness center, sauna, on-site pools (two are seasonally heated), watersport rentals, bike rentals, or dine beachside at Whale’s Tail Bar and Grill just across the street!

Ariel Dunes is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

    The unit was clean and neat however the room for the kids is close to the front door I don't think this is safe when we having toddlers with us. Further more kitchen ware was old scratch, the microwave had issues turning on and off. Responsable management brought boiling pots unfortunately they were too small for a family of 6.

    The property was clean and living area was spacious We loved sitting on the balcony. The bunk bed room was small, but usable for sleeping! The Keuring pot did not work, but we were able to use the other coffee pot .

    We enjoyed our stay during the pandemic. We had a problem with the refrigerator but RealJoy property management corrected the issue in a fairly responsible timeframe. I would definitely consider staying at this lovely property again.

    Overall nice condo, however when the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, was fixed in a timely manner! The master bed was comfortable the extra bedroom beds were not at all comfortable and the top bunk mattress was completely disgusting, I am sorry that I allowed my son to sleep on that, found this upon taking sheets off for departure. Sleeper sofa mattress was not at all comfortable.
