Well maintained older property, good location close to downtown. Host answered our questions promptly and was great with facilitating a schedule change. Listing was accurate and represented the property well.

Property is close to shops and old town. Very convenient for our family. Planning on coming back next year.

Location was great! The apartment itself was small and needs some upgrades. The living room had an air conditioner, but the bedrooms did not. They also don’t have a recycling option and only a trash dumpster, which I found odd. (But the neighbors had recycling bins, so it is an option).

Property was wonderful. The only thing was no dishwasher and shared washer and dryer.

This property is a perfect place to land for a quick weekend visit to Fort Collins. It is walkable to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, breweries, trails, etc. You can get to everything you might need from here. We have stayed at this property before and have always found the host to be very friendly and the property very clean.

I really loved staying here. Here are a few notes:LOCATION: It was a 10 minute walk to everything that I wanted to do. It was also nice to have dedicated parking in the back area. PROPERTY: It was a little dated/retro in some areas like bathroom sink but shower had been updated and was very nice and spacious. The place was also EXTREMELY clean. I appreciated the hand soap, dish liquid, coffee and some condiments being there already. No dishwasher so if you plan on cooking a meal count on hand washing all the dishes. Well equipped with games, blankets, pillows, towels etc but could not find any scissors.CHECK IN: They sent me the door code for checking in. It was nice to not have to keep up with keys. CHECK OUT: We were expected to strip beds, clean dishes, and take out trash before leaving. I think most of this is expected but really did not like stripping the beds. I suggest taking that off the list.

Fort Collins is beautiful. It was our first time there and we couldn't have picked a better location. Nestled right in Old Town and an easy walk into all the shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean and updated. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The condo was clean, the perfect size for the two of us couples and close walking distance to Old Town which worked perfect for dinner and drinks as well as breakfast the next morning!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was great! It was still close to everything, but still private and quiet.

We enjoyed our stay here. Loved being able to walk quickly to town. There was ample parking and the condo was clean.

Decent property for the money. Check in and check out times were ridiculous. 4:00pm to 10:00 am. Kitchen is very old with newer appliances. Functional but shows it’s age. AC is a window unit in family room only so place gets very hot. Both bedroom ceiling fans made horrible noise. Had to run the box fan to cool down and drown out fan noise. Smelled of smoke inside despite there being no smoking. People below us were smoking at stairwell so maybe that’s why. Probably wouldn’t stay in these apartments again.
