Room was extremely clean and views were beautiful. Condo was very well stocked. Location was quiet and surrounded by water. King size bed was a plus as well as fireplace.

We had a great experience for a girls weekend at this property. It’s extremely clean, has amazing views, and the owners were extremely helpful and responsive. We would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The cleanliness of the whole condo. We didn’t need to bring anything for the kitchen. The outside screen in patio was so great to see all the boats pass by. Excellent way to start your morning with coffee our night with hot tea.

The condo was amazing-very clean & very welcoming. The views of the lake were breathtaking. The host was very helpful with everything especially getting us a boat slip & a recommendation where to store our boat trailer. We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay!! Condo was very nice and clean. Mattresses were a little on the firm side but probably due to being new. We were on 3rd floor and didn’t k is there was not an elevator but only had to climb two flights of stairs.Great Lake view from screened in porch. Ceiling fan on the balcony would have been a plus but overall would definitely rent this again. Thanks for a great stay!

This condo was great - very clean, well stocked and in a great location. The owners have a binder in the kitchen with very clear directions and guidance which was much appreciated! Would definitely book here again!

Great condo in Lake of the Ozarks. Updated, extremely clean and well maintained. Location was in the center of restaurants, things to do and see. Only one thing to note, the beds were quite firm. My husband loved, but a little too firm for me. Not a deal breaker but wanted to mention.

The condo was perfect! This was our second stay at this condo. It was very clean and very well kept! The location is quiet and perfect! We could not have asked for a better place!

The condo is perfect. Clean and comfortable. Tastefully decorated. We love to watch the boats so it’s a perfect view. Shady in the afternoon . Close to good dining. We loved it

Our stay was great ! Amazing view and screened in deck. Be prepared for lots of steps. Especially if going yo the pools. The place was super clean with a few exceptions. The floors of both showers were dirty. It looks like they needed a good scrubbing. I know it’s hard to get shower floors clean , as they have anti slip grids on the shower floor. Also I think you need to refresh your flatware. The flatware that had plastic ends were wobbly and had seen better days. Two ends came off while using them. The beds were very very hard. My 16 year old daughter had a sore back after sleeping on the bed for 6 days. The master suite bed was just as hard. Maybe add a topper to the mattresses ? I know from other reviews the beds were hard. We aren’t the only ones. With that being said … Everything else was tip top shape !!We were very comfortable at the condo. Location was great !Nice condo.

We had a great time. The view was awesome! We spent most of our time on the patio. We had everything we needed. We would recommend that you get rid of the one coffee pot and just have the Keurig. Thanks for a great stay!!

The condo was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the view from the deck and the overall comfort of the place.

Clean property with nice amenities. Offered soaps for the shower, detergent for washer which I'm not used to.Not a fan of cleaning fees then expecting to take out trash and do dishes but that's just me. Otherwise I loved it.

Everything was just as described in the listing. Host were very accessible if needed. Easy driving to everything. Very clean and fresh feeling.

Best place I have stayed in a while. Very clean very quiet and lots to do in the area IF you want to do something. Was cheaper to stay here than the Hotel that I normally use. I will be returning. View was to die for…

Great location with beautiful day and night water views. Fully stocked and ready to go! Management was easily accessible and was able to answer our questions right away!! Everything was perfect though the bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked. Everything else made up for it!!!! Loved it!!

Very Cozi condo. Had everything we needed. The only thing I’d change would be the mattress and sheets. Mattress was very firm and we do not prefer firm.

Everything about the condo and the location was great. However, to turn on the water, the valve was white not red as the welcome material stated. Also, the hot water circuit was not 16, it was 14 and I figured that out just be trial and error. After those were set up, it was a breeze.

My husband and I had a great time staying here to celebrate our anniversary! The views of the lake are wonderful. It’s a great location to any restaurant we wanted to go to in Osage Beach. The place was very clean, and we would definitely recommend and plan to stay again in the future!

Condo was exactly as described and looked in the pictures. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the lake. Host responded very quickly to any questions we had. We had a very enjoyable long weekend at the property!

We enjoyed our stay because the condo is close to state parks with hiking trails, good restaurants, and golf courses. The condo was very clean and had all the supplies and comfortable furniture we needed for our stay. The view of the water was a perfect ending to each day.

I would 100% recommend this condo to anyone, the furnishings are gorgeous and very nice. The covered screened in deck was wonderful and where I spent most of my time either relaxing or working, the lake view was beautiful and so peaceful. Can't wait for the dates of our conference next year to book here again.

This is our 3rd year coming to Osage Beach for our September gathering with friends. This condo was by far our most favorite and checked mostly every box on our list from cleanliness, views, location and access.

Clean and very modern. Loved the screened in deck, great for viewing all the action. Owner was extremely accommodating and responded to messaged immediately. Only downfall, beds were a bit firm. But overall great stay.

Easy check in/check out. Very clean! Great lake view. Pictures and descriptions are very accurate of the property. We would definitely book again. Only downside was the noisy neighbors above.
