Keep in mind that island life comes with seasonal pests like mosquitoes. To help keep them at bay, our properties receive professional pest control treatments every month. Please be aware that because Port Aransas is a unique coastal community, cable and Wi-Fi connectivity might be unpredictable. Thank you for acknowledging that we have no control over these services. Service interruptions will not qualify for any discounts or reimbursements.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

    The property is located close to beach access both by vehicle and walking pathway from condo. Unit is clean and has a nicely equipped kitchen. My only complaint is the late 4:00 check-in and early 10:00 check-out. If you are only staying a weekend, you are not really getting much access to the condo

    Came to Port Aransas for a quick family get away that fit in all our schedules and this place was perfect. Plenty of space and had everything we needed to be conformable (we cooked all our meals and only went out one night). Location was perfect too. Easy walk to the beach which made it easy for us to go back and forth.

    I will start by saying the greatest thing this rental hard going for it with the location. It was an easy walk to the beach and across from the pool without being too close. Communication was great about the stay which we appreciated. The condo itself had a great kitchen. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The living room had the absolute smallest television I’ve ever seen in a rental. It was basically a laptop screen. The balcony was a great size with a wonderful view. It was begging for a larger table, but overall OK. The kids bedroom with the two bunkbeds had great beds. There was no TV in the kids room, which I thought was a little odd. But other than that it was a wonderful room. The shared bathroom was OK. There was a towel rack that fell off during the shower, which was a bit alarming, but it was overall clean. The secondary room was good, but there are no closets in any of these rooms. There were some creative alternatives that were helpful. But the bed was absolutely uncomfortable for three days. The headboard did not seem to be attached at all so anytime, you sat down on the bed, you feel like the bed was going to fall apart. The master bedroom looked like what appear to have mold, or something black along the whole perimeter on the bottom of the shower. It was quite disturbing. We were unaware that we were renting a second floor unit. Which ended up being just fine but clearer description would’ve been helpful. Overall just ok.

    Great place and the location was super. Right by the pool and the beach access trail. Beds and room sizes were just right. Water pressure was low but an adjustable shower head might help that. Really could have used a washer and dryer because the community one was not great and ran about $3 load. All in all, great beach place and we would certainly stay again.

    We had a great time & enjoyed our stay. You might want to bring your own pot holders if you plan on using the oven (we just made do with a towel). My guys are avid baseball followers & were disappointed they couldn’t use the TV in the living room to watch a game in the evening. I called the rental company, but don’t think the maintenance worker ever made it over. It didn’t detract from the trip, just a bit of a bummer.

    I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about this home. It is more beautiful than the pictures show. The layout of the rooms was perfect for my teenage children. Everything was clean and it was easy to find anything we needed. The view from the HUGE balcony is worth us coming back over and over for! Plus the bonus of having a pool just outside the building was amazing! My kids loved going to the pool after a fun day at the beach (which is literally just a couple minute walk... but wear shoes on the walk, those stickers are no joke). Bring your own beach towels and salt/pepper/spices.... they did have coffee filters and a wine opener though, which is the important stuff ;) Overall we LOVED our stay here and we are already looking forward to booking again!!

    We received a call the day of check in and was told the AC was not working properly and the dishwasher was broke, and both would be repaired tomorrow. Didn't happen. AC took 3 days. Dishwasher never got fixed and full of nasty water that put out a foul smell. It was a bummer because nobody liked spending vacation time hand washing dishes. We spent over 300$ on groceries so we didn't have to eat out all the time. No AC and cooking dinner didn't work well as it was hotter in the condo in the evening, so we had to eat out. The beds are not comfortable the queen is an old spring mattress that squeaks and bounces when you move. The king wasn't much better. As for the bunks, well they are futon mattresses. The coffee pot was so filthy in the reservoir that it could be cleaned so we had to go buy a new one. No we didn't leave it so bring your own if you need coffee. We were not offered any type of compensation and most of my emails from the management were unanswered. Will not return to that condo. On a good note the balcony was awesome.
