Stayed Dec 21, 2025Really nice amenities at this condo including two very comfortable recliner couches. Beautiful beach decor and a well stocked kitchen with all the necessities. Because the unit is located on the south corner, the balcony gets sunlight for most of the day. Highly recommend this condo.

Stayed Nov 23, 2025Location is Everything! Spent relaxing days walking and enjoying the ocean from our balcony. Unit was Very Clean! Quiet building. Felt safe. Good grocery store almost across the street was very convenient. Restaurants will deliver - Genovese’s Italian is wonderful. Easy check-in and checkout. Nice to have garage parking too. This is our second or third time staying in the same unit.

Stayed Aug 2, 2025Check-in was easy! The condo was just like the pictures and information provided in the listing. Very much family friendly. I would suggest that the rental company be more informed about what items the condo provided. We were told that the unit did not have items for the beach, i.e. chairs, umbrella etc, when in fact there was an over abundance of these.Would definitely book this unit again!

Stayed Jun 30, 2025We've had 3 vacations in this room 4 within the building. We love the building. We love the beach. We love not being in the busy Daytona area but still being able to just drive down the road a bit to get to everything. We will be back for sure! Its our dream condo

Stayed Jun 2, 2025Overall we had a good experience. There was a problem with the key code to lock our room one day and it interfered with our activities. But it was handled promptly and we were able to lock the door.Also, the televisions were difficult to navigate and use. No instructions. The television screen in the main room went black two days before we left so we were unable to watch TV in that room. But we weren't there to watch TV so it was a minor inconvenience. Everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay. Great view and accomodations were very clean though a little dated, but beds were comfortable. Overall I would recommend.

Stayed Nov 25, 2024Wonderful private balcony to watch glorious sunrises. Quiet building, within walking distance to grocery store. Only glitch: owner did not provide the code to enter the building. Luckily, another resident gave it to us. Door to condo must be pulled into frame before it locks properly.
