Bright & Sunny Suite w/ Magnificent Ocean Views

Cute, spacious place. Very clean. Lots of nice places to eat nearby. Pool size is nice and water is warm. Make sure you get an email from the property with instructions on how to get in the unit. There is security at the gate but there isn’t a registration office and anyone that has info on how to get in the unit.

The condo was exceptionally clean and beautiful. The pool and hot tub were great as well. I was also very impressed with the communication regarding our stay. I would definitely return, and I recommend staying here!

Overall good location and very clean. Easy to get to. The master shower had pressure issues so we let them know early in the stay but didn’t get a response. Also the front door lock was damaged and barely locked. I’m pretty sure they knew about that too b/c they took the time to mention specifically to make sure to pull the door securely and make sure it locked. It needs to be replaced and there isn’t a backup lock such as a deadbolt or latch to put in place either. If these repairs were done I would rate it better

The condo was clean, great location, right in front of the swimming pool. Not a far walk from the marina/small beach area. Loved there was beach chairs to take down to the pool, since people claimed chairs at the crack of dawn! The view is nice. I love they have the area for the wildlife, but wish it was all beach! The grounds could use alot of cleaning, updating. I think underneath could be used for parking and add much more to the property value with upgrades. The marina was tiny, and beach area not favorable for swimming, but very pretty. In their defense, there are very few beaches in the Keys alone and happy to have some. The fire pits were nice touch in evening, but both were out of propane, and couldnt get refilled until morning, so that was a bummer to our plans. It was a great view for NYE fireworks. The owners had live music and a party going on under the bar area, which was fun. The pool bar drinks were very good ( $10.75 each ) Overall, I would recommend for families, but if looking for a nicer upgraded area, Id head little more south to Islamorada, for better shopping. We ate in Key Largo, Snappers in Tavenier, twice at Lor a Leis in Isla ( rented tiki floating boats very cool!) Highlight for the kids was Dolphin Research Center to swim experience, much less commercialized . Water was not clear there, but the staff and interaction was way better than our experience in Cozumel and less expensive! We really enjoyed the perfect weather and loved our stay.

Condo was as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Only problem we encountered was not getting the TVs to work. That could be user error. But we were not there to watch anyway. Would highly recommend. Owner was more than accommodating

A great apartment. Our 4th time in this complex and this was the best apartment yet.

Our stay was amazing! The condo had all the amenities that you needed, comfortable beds, and the host was very responsive.

We stayed 7 nights, family of 5. Beautiful views from master bedroom & living area. You cannot access the beach behind unit. Small beach area, on the property near the marina. Large amounts of seaweed and trash, but the last day we were there, they were cleaning the beach area. There is a restaurant at the marina. The 7 days we were there, we tried eating there twice, but both times they were closed, despite their hours saying they were open. Pool area was nice & well cleaned. The property has 5 huge units, so the pool was crowded, but very clean & kept up well. Just get there early to get a table. Drinks at the pool bar were delicious. Unit somewhat clean. There was mold growing on both shower curtains in both bathrooms, dust & dirt on furniture, walls and floor. Couch had multiple stains, bathrooms had low water pressure during our stay. Balconies were small. Initially host was communicative. We arrived on a Sunday, & a few days before were given instructions on how to access the unit, great communication as far as how to access, and instructions for departure. A few days before arrival the host reached out and stated that elevator was down, and will not be fixed until that Monday. After 7 days of being there, Saturday night, our last night, it was working. No updates were given. Unit on the 3rd floor, so if you are traveling with young kids or elderly, it may not be the unit for you, due to elevator being down for so long. Honestly felt the property was overpriced.

Wonderful stay at a clean and convenient location!The host was very responsive and provided both directions regarding the stay and recommendations for local activities. The beach and marina are an easy walk from the condo and the pool is right across the parking lot.

Clean. roomy. super comfy bed in master. Beautiful condo with fantastic view of water. Able to see dolphins jumping in the water. Small beach on property. Boat ramp and slips available. Plenty of parking. Just over 2 hours to key west. Would stay again.

What a fantastic trip. Condo was great, had everything we needed including tennis and pickleball rackets. Had a wonderful 10 days and we were sad to come home. Thanks for letting us stay in your condo!!

We had a great trip to Ocean Pointe again this year. The condo was just as described. The view was great from both the bedroom and living area. We enjoyed the pool everyday. There are lots of activities and restaurants in the area.We are hoping to come back again next year!

My husband and I loved staying at this property, we enjoyed relaxing in the beach and the pool, it must be off season because we were able to have the place to ourselves each time which was amazing. It was also very conveniently located close to some delicious restaurants and fun places to go.

Very nice condo unit. Plenty of room for a family of 4. We spent most days by the pool relaxing which by the way is the nicest pool area I’ve been to. There’s a nice little beach area if you want a different kind of scenery. Would definitely recommend!
