Bright end unit, Ocean Views, 1st floor, Pool, large beach, Direct access !!!

Very relaxing

Perfect view! Surprisingly what you see is what you get. It looks exactly as the pics. This unit is perfect for 2 or 2 2 kids (has pull out sofa in living room & a Jack & Jill bathroom was extra special.) We'll have to bring our kids there! kitchen fully stocked with appliances and all the comforts of home (even a Keurig.) large counter & cooking space or if you prefer, you can walk to a bar/restaurant. What I loved the most was the ocean view. I could hear & see the waves splash on the rocks even though it wasn't ocean front...that view was perfect for me each time I sat on the balcony. You need to visit THIS space & wind-down (wine-down.) Forgot to check my email & get my code for check in, no problem a quick text to the owners & BAM...code came quickly. clear precise instructions on everything you would need to do (trash & parking.) Washer & dryer included. Area felt safe & was super quiet. Upstairs neighbors one night were a little noisy late night, but we made it through. Dirty dish left in dishwasher & blankets could have been freshened up a little but not a deal breaker. That was the worse I could say about our reset stay! We'll definitely be back...I loved this place & the Island. Just book this one, thank me later, it's worth it!

Beautiful condo! We loved being so close to the beach!

We loved our visit! The decor was beautiful, everything was clean, and the host was friendly and easy to communicate with. We loved having a balcony in the front and the back of the condo so we could enjoy the breeze. It was a lovely stay and we will be back!

Nice clean stay. Quick access to beach

What a great place at the beach!! Everything you need for a long or quick getaway. My daughter and I came for a college visit and some beach time. We got one good beach day and the other days were cold and rainy so we hit up the Wilmington rock climbing gym for the day. Beach access is super close and the place is wonderful as well as beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon to haul you stuff. Can’t recommend this place enough.

My husband booked a last minute staycation for a solo getaway for me, and I had a nice stay overall. The condo is clean, cozy, and in a great location, literally just across the street from the beach. The ocean view was lovely, and parking was easy, especially in the off season. It felt like a great spot for the price.The owners were quick to respond and easy to communicate with, which I really appreciated. They were also kind enough to allow a slightly early check in and checkout when possible, and were quick to offer troubleshooting and solutions to any issues that came up.A few things to note that wouldn’t deter me from booking again, but may be helpful to keep in mind. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I anticipated, so it didn’t quite have that fully relaxing, sink-into-it vacation feel. Like many condos, you can hear some movement from the unit above at times. It really comes down to the luck of the draw with neighbors, which is no reflection on the property or the owners.Overall, a good option if you’re looking for something simple and close to the north end of Carolina Beach. As a solo traveler without kiddos looking for a quiet getaway, it wasn’t quite as restful as I’d hoped, but it could be a great fit depending on what kind of stay you’re looking for.

Very comfortable condo on end with ocean view. Plenty of room for two with comfortable bedroom & balconies. Nice pool onsite, which offsets short walk to the Freeman Park beach. Our host was congenial, responsive and accommodating.

Visited for a few days while on college visits. The host did a wonderful job of communicating. Too bad the weather didn’t cooperate! We still made the best of it and enjoyed every minute in this super cute condo!

Cute and cozy! Great location

No real beach view however the pool was always clean, balcony was perfect front and back and I enjoyed my time out there. The ocean you could clearly see crashing up against the bank which was gorgeous! Locals are very friendly and access to the beach was very simple to get to!

Lovely home, well furnished. We were disappointed that the beach access wasn’t available across the street but found others easily. We found the cart to haul everything there, so worked great. This was our second stay and woul again.

We had a lovely experience. The location was perfect for our weekend getaway and the check in process was seamless!

Second year in a row at this property! It is perfect. And perfectly well appointed location is fantastic, there’s a pool and quick access to the beach. Staying there again next year.

We love this little place, this was our 2nd stay here. Its in the quiet part of Carolina Beach I would say. The beach access is a little walk but not bad at all. Mrs Kathy was very quick to respond to any and all questions we had. We will be back AGAIN and AGAIN! Thankyou for sharing your Beach Home with us!

We loved this condo that is close to the beach!! One bedroom, 2 bath was perfect for our vacation. Loved the two balconies, sound of the waves, pool, etc. Well supplied!! We found 5 sharks teeth!! Beginners luck!! Everything was perfect!!

The owner's About this Property description was right on! All the amenities promised were in place, along with plenty of natural light and ocean views. At the end of our seven night stay, we wanted to stay seven more!!! This was our first time visiting Carolina Beach and hopefully not our last! Beautiful laid back beach town.

Wanted to get away for weekend and found this place. We loved you place. Very clean and tidy and kitchen is well equipped. Will definitely stay here again.

Very cute and cozy unit, perfect for our stay, we loved the balcony with the beach view. The condo was well stocked and clean. The only 2 drawbacks was that the bed was too hard and uncomfortable so we didn't sleep well and we were not told that the beach access was closed and that there actually was no beach left there.

We had a great trip! The place was the perfect size for our little family and a short walk to the beach! The host was very responsive.

The apartment was very clean and we were provided with the necessary items to facilitate our stay. The pool was nice and the beach was very close.

Only compliant is the parking. There is not enough. Each unit should have assigned space. You can park in city parking which is like 30 bucks a day.

This property was great for our family. Went for a shirt trip and it had everything we needed. The public beach access across the street had been closed due to erosion while we were there but the next one down the street was a short walk. My 3 and 7 had no issues with the walk . We would definitely stay again!

The condo was perfect for a short beach weekend. The hostess was great in responding quickly when we had any questions. Nice quiet area with easy access to the beach.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this place. It was relaxing and super easy to get to. We enjoyed being able to sit out on the deck either in the front or the back.
