Bright, Cozy Riverfront Condo walkable to Downtown Nashville!

Love the condo. Needed a lot of detailed cleaning done. Windows were dirty inside & outside. Dust was on everything.

Very comfortable and updated apartment. We loved that it is ground floor with the desiganated parking spot right outside the door and the pool was just out the door as well. Very comfortable bed and cozy living room to relax and watch T.V.

The condo was very clean and super nice. Unfortunately there was a massive amount of construction going on around the property. Road closures and detours made it very confusing for someone not familiar with the area. Also unfortunately for us we had upstairs neighbors that apparently partied until after 3:00 am with lots of stomping and running. It was extremely loud and annoying. But the condo itself was perfect inside and the owners communicated with us through every step easy check in and out. We would definitely consider staying here again after the construction and hopefully better neighbors.

A cute and very comfortable space! I didn’t have the chance to enjoy much of the space - especially the swimming pool right next to the river - but when I left I thought to myself that I’d try to come back... and I’d stay here again! Very spacious apartment, with a nice little kitchen and living space. My one criticism is that there isn’t any insulation between the floor above and the living space below. So, when the neighbors got up (or came home?) at 3:00 a.m., I naturally had to wake up with them. Other than that. It’s a really peaceful spot within a quick Lyft ride into the heart of Nashville!

The property is located in a quiet area with easy access to the downtown core.

Nice stay for NYE. Very walkable to the Bicentennial park and downtown. 1st floor made it nice for our puppy to go outside to potty.

The condo was very clean and the amenities were great! We were able to walk to downtown. Parking was nice to have an assigned spot as well. The hosts were very gracious and left us a lot of useful information of places to eat, see and do during our visit in Nashville.

I rented this condo thinking we could walk to downtown Nashville. According to description the walk is 15 minutes but fail to tell you it's not a safe area to walk. Lots of homeless & crime in area.

Unit is very nice. Updated and very clean! Location is okay, no walkability to coffee, shops, etc. The unit is main level and directly next to pool so it can be loud, especially on a Saturday night when some like to party at all hours. Not the best sleep, but unit and property manager were great!

Enjoyed my stay at this quaint little condo. Being right next to the pool was a major plus!

This condo was perfect for our extended weekend getaway. It was clean, very cozy and helped make our first time in Nashville a special trip to remember!

We were there to go to the AC/DC concert, but it was moved to the next night due to weather. Still had a good time.

This was a great condo for a couple. Loved the designated parking space right outside the door. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. The listing does say it sleeps 4 but keep in mind the only bathroom is in the master bedroom and only the toilet and shower have a door and not the sink. So if you are traveling with another couple, that may pose some privacy problems. For my husband and I, it was prefect. 15 minute walk to Broadway! I would stay here again.

Host never provided access to the property. We had to call VRBO to get the hosts’ phone numbers - which they didn’t answer. VRBO couldn’t get ahold of them either. Got a text many hours later with a lame apology from the host. Property was sandwiched between the river and the railroad tracks. Also near the bridge to cross the Cumberland. Didn’t look like a great area. Had never been to Nasvhville before but wanted to be by Brooklyn Bowl for a concert we had tickets to. There’s not much on that side of Nashville to walk around and see. We wound up staying on Broadway by Union Station. VRBO immediately gave us a full refund and we also got extra money refunded later because the hotel we had to book was more expensive than our VRBO we had paid for. Happy with VRBO, beware of host.

This place was perfect. The pool was literally right out the front door on the river. The place was clean and nicely decorated. Bed was super comfy!

This is a nice get away on the outskirts of town. It is a first floor condo , so if you don’t mind others above you who are not respectful it does make trying to sleep at night somewhat difficult. Otherwise the condo is perfect for your needs . Kitchen has everything you need to cook in.

The good first. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great. The view was great. Now the bad. The unit was not insulated well you could hear everything above you. The keys were confusing cause there were two. One opened the pool the other opened the laundry room and work out gym. Would we stay here again I’m not sure. We had a great time.
