Bright Condo with On-Site Pool just a Block from the Beach

This house was perfect for my family. The main living space is very large for 6 adults and 3 children. Easy walk to the beach and the pool (though small) was great after a hot day at the beach. It is on the second floor so pack accordingly. The kitchen was well stocked.

The space was clean and cozy, but we were very disappointed to find out it was very much not an ocean view. Just a busy street view. Beach is a short walk, but the listing was misleading and that was a bummer for my husband and me upon arrival (kids were happy!)

Could not believe how much room there was in the living and dining area ( we didn’t use the dining area) and it only took us a couple minutes to walk to the beach with public access just up the road. The condo has plenty of room,. Kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely recommend going here

It was a good pick to accommodate my family so we could attend my son's commissioning and graduation from Regent University.

Clean, nicely appointed, short walk to beach.

The condo was great, however the noise that came from the tenants above this condo made our experience miserable. It sounded like herds of elephants were jumping from bunks, running races and all between the hours of 11pm and 3am. When the upstairs condo would vacuum the noise was unbearable. Can't understand what I mean? Stay there. Give it a shot. The worst part was that the people at the vacasa office never cared be back regarding the complaint. They also rent out the condo above this one. A horrible experience given how much we paid and have already found a new location for next summer.

Short walk to beach (near cross street that leads to beach access) . Very nicely furnished. Good amount of space for at least 6 people. Pool was small but not overly crowded.

This condo is a short walk across the street to the beach with beautiful views all around. The home was equipped with everything we needed and more! We had plenty of room for our family of 6 with 4 kids, plus our 2 in laws. Drop off and pick up for the keys to the condo was a little confusing, especially since we checked in after hours but it was resolved easily. The neighborhood in Sandbridge is fairly quiet and not many shopping or food stores close but we didn’t mind traveling for that. The pool area at this stay was useful with the outdoor shower and access to the building from the front or the back with a private key for security. We hope to be back again next year!

The condo was great - super clean and the Vacasa team was wonderful to work with. There were 4 of us staying there and the space was quite comfortable and we had lots of room to spread out. The beach is a short 1 1/2 block away (2 min). Kids enjoyed the small on-site pool one day. Only downside is that it is right on the “main” road and so some traffic noise. But definitely not a deal breaker. Would go back if staying in the area again.

Everything was great. The house was clean, had a great experience. I would stay there again.
