    I was told i would get a amenity credit for each night i paid for. That was due to the no SPA on the premise and no BBQ in the unit as it was advertise at the time I paid. I have not received any credit, which i was told $50 for each night I paid for. can someone get back to me on this?

    The property was amazing! only downfall is it listed a BBQ at the home and inside the home there were also instructions for the BBQ use, But NO BBQ anywhere! my cooking consists of all BBQ all the food i brought to cook was BBQ and so it was a big let down for me. I was told I would get a 50 credit per night for the inconvinience, but I have yet to see it in my account.

    I've been staying in Moab Springs Ranch for years. Not only do I enjoy staying on the north end of town, the property is incredible: pool, hot tub, hammocks under lovely trees, stream running through the property. Always my favorite place to stay in Moab

    5 min drive into the core of Moab. 5 min to arches national park Quiet, clean, large 2 door garage space for gear or bikes, no bbq on the deck. Park with a pool n hot tub, bbq in the park, corn hole, spring in the park with a man made creek was a blast for the kids to play in. City bike trail out front of property. Coffee shop on the property was a 3.5/5 Ice chest in the ice house next door to use. Only down side is Vacasa fees compare to renting through Moab Springs directly.

    We had a terrible experience with vacasa and this rental. When we arrived, we could not locate the key for the garage. When we finally did, one of our two garage doors did not work. We attempted to contact the property and were on hold over 20 minutes.

    Great property close to town, quiet, clean, and kids liked the location. However garage you entered from a door outside the home, basically couldn’t get to garage from inside the home. Plus didn’t have garage door openers, which would have been super convenient. Each time you pulled up had to get out go unlock the door then open the garage door.

    Walking in everything was extremely clean and well organized, which made it easy to settle into. It is located in a nice cabin style neighborhood and is right between Arches National Park and downtown Moab.

    Property was clean and neat inside and out. Wonderful parklike area by the pool. A little further from downtown than we thought (1.9 miles) so walking in was more time consuming. Thought there would be a BBQ on the patio but not there and that was disappointing but otherwise great and we recommend it

    Loved the location and loved loved the coffee shop in the compound—great food and coffee and they opened at 6am (which is when we needed to go). Lovely grounds and the house was well appointed and a wonderful place to stay. The pictures don’t do it justice.

    There is a little park on the property. I would actually call it an oasis. You have to check it out, it’s by the pool. Great location, very well kept. The little breakfast/coffee bar on property is also amazing!!!

    We had an amazing time in Moab. The condo was just right for our family. It gave us a space to relax. The resort it is located in had a nice pool and spa, which we all enjoyed. It is located in the perfect location to eat, drink and visit the National Parks that are adjacent to the city.

    We enjoyed the house. It is part of a larger property of rentals which includes a pool and some really nice green space. You'll be able to enjoy the desert while also getting some greenery, shade, etc. We also slept really well in the comfortable master bed.
