☀ Breezy, Open Condo, Steps from Beach and Boardwalk with Ocean Views & Pool ☀

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The property is conveniently located close to the beach access, shops, boardwalk & food. The property was really clean & spacious. The only wish we had was for the pool area to be better kept. The pool chairs were old & some rotting. More umbrellas would have been nice too. But really with the beach just right across the street we can’t be too mad. Overall we had a great stay & we would stay in this condo again.

We truly loved staying at this home. It was the perfect size for the five of us. The pool, beach and condo were all clean and comfortable. The essentials were provided to start our vacation in comfort and the attention to details was outstanding. I found the condo quiet and location to the beach and boardwalk could not be beat. The fireworks were wonderful from the balcony or the window. I was never on a beach that allowed ez-up canopies and I loved it. Get anchors for your canopy. We were in a great location with a short drive to enjoy the aquarium and the children’s museum. Check in/out was quick and easy. Mid-July and beach and area was not overly crowded. Everyone one was nice and kind. A great vacation area!!!

We Loved this condo. It was Very clean and the location was perfect. We were in walking distance from the board walk and public beach access.

The condo worked out really well for my family of four; grandma, daughter, and two grandchildren. Location was within easy walking distance to beach access, many great restaurants, boardwalk, and carnival. The owners were very generous in allowing us to use their beach chairs and umbrellas. The only drawback was the lack of elevators as it was a little difficult getting the luggage up the 2 1/2 flights of stairs.

We loved our stay at this condo, it was clean (I have high standards and this condo met them) and bright. Some reviewers noted it was a little small, but I disagree. The patio had an ocean view, which was so nice for enjoying coffee in the morning, or reading a book in the evening. I LOVED the huge dining table, plenty of room for groceries and for eating. We also loved being able to walk to both the boardwalk and our favorite restaurants on the highway (and of course, the beach itself)! Suzanne was so prompt to answer questions, and it was a big plus that we could use her beach wagon. We'd wished the pool was open longer than 8pm, but that was not in the owner's control. Also, while it was nice being close to everything, some may not like being able to hear the carnival until 11 pm, but we loved having a front-row view to the fireworks Thursday night, and the late noise was not loud enough inside the condo to keep us from falling asleep. We would highly recommend this property to anyone. Thanks for the great stay Suzanne!

We stayed for a week. The host is amazing. Property is as described. Perfect location. Plenty of space for a family of six. I suggest Island burgers and bites. If you’re looking for a fancy dinner I suggest Havana’s.

We had a wonderful time, everything was clean and well stocked. We had good communication with the owner who promptly fixed any issues.We would love to stay here again

My wife and I had another wonderful stay at Suzanne's condo! This is the perfect Carolina Beach location, with quick access to the beach, boardwalk, lake and local shops/restaurants. Everything you need is at the condo including umbrella/chairs in a wagon to take to the beach. The pool was also a great place to spend time. We can't wait for our next visit, Suzanne is a great host!

Shopping, Restaurants, amusement park and the beautiful Carolina Beach all within less than a 5 minute walk . Rental unit was perfect for our family of 5 , fully equipped, very comfortable. Plan to return next year

We love staying here! It’s perfect for our family. We walk to the beach easily to spend the morning there, head back in for lunch and naps then go and enjoy the rides and shops on the boardwalk in the late afternoon or head to the pool.

This was the perfect place for us! The location is within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants. It worked well for our family of three, but it would also work for two couples, or a couple with several children.The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommend you consider this place as your vacation headquarters.

So many great things to say but I'll keep it short and sweet. The condo was in pristine condition and the perfect amount of room for our family of five. Having the washer/dryer in the rental was key. VERY convenient location to restuarants and the boardwalk. Mere steps away from the beach. Pool was good, and we usually had it to ourselves. Suzanne is probably the most responsive host I have worked with, and helped with some questions and minor issues that came up. This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. The location is prime. You can walk to everything, and the condo complex is quiet and safe. We loved finishing a day at the beach by stopping at the pool on the way back to the condo. The owner is very responsive to any questions I had, and we got lucky and were able to check in early.

This was our third vacation at Suzanne's wonderful condo on the Boardwalk. Everything was perfect and Suzanne was the perfect host as usual. The band an fireworks were both fantastic. We will be back in August and can't wait! Thanks Suzanne! Wayne and Lisa

This is a great property. Centrally located. Easy to get to everywhere. Wonderful views. Very accessible owner if needed. The property is very clean and has everything you could need. I highly recommended

We’ve stayed here two years in a row. Perfect location, steps from beach access and boardwalk. Clean and comfy furnishings with all linens provided. Watch the fireworks and sea the ocean from your balcony. And a well kept pool. Would return anytime!

Winward Breeze is on the boardwalk making it convenient to get to restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The views were much better than I expected. We were able to see the ocean and watch Thursday from the balcony. It was really nice to be able to walk to everything. The condo was very clean and we appreciated the small touches like the coffee pods and beach chairs.
