Stayed Sep 15, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Being on the first floor made it convenient to go out to the pool or the ocean. I loved watching the turtles everyday. The apartment had almost everything except an umbrella for the beach. Only downfall was a centipede in our bed one night (they sent the exterminator promptly) and I feel the AC in the bedroom isn't strong enough. Otherwise the location is perfect. I would book again.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All was great. I would only make two recommendations: please have the management company respect the privacy of renters. They came in and unlocked the front door and almost entered the apartment to spray pesticides inside, while we were there. When I told the older lady that she had no permission to enter or spray any chemicals during our stay, she resorted to threats and said that she would charge the homeowner a fine. Another gentlemen that was with her did apologize for causing trouble and they left. Also, I would like to recommend to wash the carpets throughout the unit. Other than that - we are very satisfied - thank you!

Stayed Feb 9, 2023This property was everything we expected. Although we knew it was windy in Maalaea, it was particularly more windy than usual and quite noisy as a result. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
