We had a lovely stay! The communication with Brian was great. The apartment is really nicely decorated and has a wonderful view. We loved the location up on the hill overlooking Manuel Antonio. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. It’s right next to the road leading to the park so you have some street noise, but In the bedroom with the air conditioning on you can’t hear it. The air conditioning fan points right at the bed but we temporarily fixed that with a shoe lace to avoid getting a cold head ;-)

Great from start to finish. Excellent communication, the room is exactly as promised, and the view is amazing. Will stay here again!

Brian was an amazing host. He communicated well and was always available if I had questions, with knowledge of the area that was very useful. The property was clean, safe and perfect for a solo traveler like myself or 2-3 people. Close to restaurants and within walking distance (tough with hilly roads, but doable) of both the national park and a local beach. Theres nothing that I would suggest for improvements, it met and exceeded all expectations!

Brian and Lynn have made a beautiful space in their one bedroom villa The view is spectacular and the villa has some nice touches like the woodwork and the wall of window in the living area Large bedroom with bathroom. Also a walk in closet which was great to store our luggage in. We enjoyed the pool and were able to see three different species of monkeys sloths and lizards as well as Maccaws and hummingbirds. There are many restaurants in the area There are beaches close by. You do not need a car as the local bus is right out front. However we did rent a car for a few days to explore further afield. Lynn and Brian were very helpful and a lot of fun

Only wonderful memories from our stay in Manuel Antonio. After a month away, I still have the condo's ocean view as my laptop's wallpaper. Brian and Lynn were wonderful hosts. The property was centrally located with easy access to everything we needed. We hope to visit again.

We were welcomed by our host Brian and he gave us an overview of the area and the apartment. Super nice and friendly. The apartment had everything we needed even beach towels! The linens were lovely. A great bathroom and the kitchen was well set up. Brian remained helpful throughout our 8 day stay and gave us directions to two of the best beaches and some wonderful restaurants. The pool in the complex was great. Room o do laps and often we were the only ones in it! I would love to come back and stay again! We recommend Baja Roja for the sunset and happy hour and live music and Emilio's for really great food. We also enjoyed Morpho's restaurant/bar near the entrance to manuel Antonio park. Really recommend hiking in Rainmaker Conservation Reserve and visiting the Kids Saving the Rainforest wildlife rescue and sanctuary. I learned so much about the local wildlife. Pure Vida,,
