Stayed Oct 5, 2023The property was as described. Perfect location to the beach and the Omni and restaurants. We enjoyed the balcony for morning coffee and evening wine. Larry was responsive with any questions. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed Jul 13, 2023Our family had a great time at this condo! The close proximity to the pool and beach was just what we needed with two little kids. It was a very comfortable place with ample room in the bedroom/bathroom. The balcony is a great size too! We liked being able to walk to the restaurants at the resort. Communication with the host was excellent.

Stayed Mar 12, 2023Condo was comfortable and as described. Had a little trouble figuring out tv but could be user error. Ha! Husband and I found it to be peaceful and in lovely Omni area. Too cool to enjoy beach or pool but looked very nice. View from balcony was good. Would recommend for a couple get away for a few days. Clean and cozy.

Stayed May 30, 2022We were extremely pleased with the condo. It is decorated well, was neat and clean and well appointed. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The view is spectacular with a large patio outside with comfortable furniture. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Amelia Island!

Stayed Dec 28, 2021We were attending a wedding at the Omni. The condo was a perfect choice - within an east walk but separate enough for down time and privacy. Love having A kitchen and a balcony.
