Very nice accommodations. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly. This area of Clearwater Beach was not overly crowded. The Avalon provides chairs, umbrellas, etc. There were many options for restaurants, all within walkable distances. We highly recommend.

Everything was wonderful, third tip to the same place should speak volumes. We will be back.

This was a huge 3BR condo-type hotel suite. We loved our stay here, it was very clean, the front-desk staff was accommodating, and it was an excellent experience all around.

I would recommend room 803 for 6 people. Plenty of room, great view, amenities were nice and well maintained. Only wish they would offer umbrella and chair set up every morning as some higher end resorts will. Was not a fan of having to carry my chairs and umbrella to the beach every morning.

We were there for a beach wedding. We coudln't have had a better location! The view was amazing and the place was clean and we all have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Our only complaint is that we didn't stay longer.

I can’t wait to go back! The communication with the host from start to finish was amazing. We were traveling with 6 adults and a child under 2 the spaciousness of the unit & layout no one ever felt that they were on top of each other.

This was a very beautiful updated hotel. Our stay was more like a condo experience with very friendly staff. The view was of the ocean so we got to see the sunset from our rooms everyday which was nice. This hotel was located at the end of the strip if you will and was a great location if you dont want to be around huge crowds and in a more quiet location which we did. We came from out of town so we didnt bring our beach stuff with us and we didnt need to; the hotel provided beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and even a boogie board all for free as part of the stay!Kitchen was well equipped and clean! only thing i could've asked for was a toaster oven but it wasnt really needed. Wifi was great so if you need to get work done the wifi speeds were amazing for a hotel. Check-in and Check-out process were easy.Something else to note is the front desk is available via text which we utilized and they were very responsive and helpful!

Fantastic facility. The view in our room was spectacular. The entire establishment was very clean. Always employees vacuuming and mopping floors. The chair rentals and umbrellas was great as well. We will definitely be back!

The condo was incredibly spacious—it’s rare to find one with two king beds and three full bathrooms! The staff were friendly, and I loved how close everything was, especially the beach. I also really appreciated the availability of towels, chairs, umbrellas, and pool toys!

This is our 4th summer staying at Avalon. As always, it doesn't disappoint! The condos are large, modern, well-stocked, and VERY clean. You can't beat the location. It's beachfront and walkable to so many restaurants/activities. We will definitely be back!

The condo is very nice. It’s clean. The rooms are well stocked and appointed. The staff is amazing. They are friendly and suggested places to go and what to do. We really liked the beach. It was easy to walk on. My 94 year old father came and he walked on the beach each day with us.

The staff were very personable, courteous and helpful. The building was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The location to the beach is excellent. The only real issue we had was that the building is very noisy. It’s easy to hear people talking in the neighboring rooms and in the hall. It made it difficult for us to sleep at times. Everything else in the stay was great.

Upon arriving and being greeted by the check-in staff were perfect! Parking instructions were right on and easy to follow. The condo was beautiful and so clean. We enjoyed the patio and seeing a sunset from the beach was fabulous!! We will definitely stay again.

The Avalon beachfront condo was a perfect choice for us. 6 adults and 2 little ones. Very clean, staff is super nice, and great location. Easy walk to the beach. Avalon provides beach chairs towels and umbrellas. They also have beach toys, nice pool but not very big. Overall an excellent choice. 15 minute walk to Pier 60

The property is nice. Large suites. Only 6 floors of rooms out of eight levels. Paid public parking all around the area which is paid in 5 hours or less increments and free from 11pm to 6am. One vehicle per room in the Avalon garage for sure unless spaces are available and we were able to get a second spot. Staff was always courteous and always cleaning. This place is kind of a do it yourself location. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for free but you will be taking them out and bringing them back and it isn’t an easy task due to sand and distance. House cleaning doesn’t happen but your towels can be exchanged daily by setting them outside your door. Anything you may have forgotten or need the front desk may have it available. There is a bar on the 5th floor and a sunset toast happens every evening with free champagne. What you pay reflects in the pros and cons of staying at the Avalon. I don’t want to work while on vacation so I will be paying closer attention when booking. I do recommend this place if you’re staying on the north end.

First it says the views are breathtaking. It’s ok. Some rooms do not have ocean view and if they do you have to look at houses, parking lots and other buildings. My balcony was shared with the hotelBar and anyone could have opened my slider if it wasn’t locked. The hotel suite was roomy for sure but had 2 kings and a queen. One room should have had 2 doubles to make sleeping more comfortable for a larger party. It was very expensive for what it was. Would not pay this price to again.

We really loved the location and it was more than enough room for 6 adults. The chairs were a great touch. Close to everything while also feeling like you aren't in the chaos. Only feedback would be that it would be nice to have additional chairs on the balcony. With 6 adults, there were only 4 chairs on the balcony. Other than that, everything was great. Staff was super nice!

Went with 5 of my lifelong friends! Beautiful condo! Watched the sunset every night from our balcony! Supplied chairs and umbrellas for the beach! And having 3 full bathrooms was awesome! Will definitely be back!

We stayed in the room with three bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. There was six of us our grandma the parents and three teenagers. The property was immaculate. The amenities were perfect. Everything was better than described. Highly recommended.

The property is relatively new and has been impeccably maintained. We had plenty of room for three couples. The fifth floor pool, patio was especially nice…a good place to enjoy the sun.

I can’t tell you how unbelievable our girls trip was at the Avalon. The room was unbelievable.. all 3 of us had our own private room and bathroom PLUS we had an extra 1/2 bath. The views of the ocean from 2 of the bedrooms and main area was crazy beautiful!! Washer and dryer in the room with tide pods was soo extra. The kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig coffee maker with unlimited coffee. The staff is top notch and feels like family. No request was left unmet! Adrienne, the bartender at the pool bar is the best ever!! Such a good soul! Beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys.. all available. It’s a short walk to the beach.. it’s right there! The area has a trolley you can take for 2.25 to all around .. you can even take it to St Petersburg.. you don’t need a car! We will definitely stay here again!! Best ever!

We had an AMAZING experience with Avalon and would stay again in a heartbeat. The rooms/bathrooms were spacious and the whole unit was extremely clean. The views from the gulf side were incredible and we enjoyed a sunset from the balcony every night. If I really had to nitpick I would say that the shower in one of the rooms was TOO big and the water pressure wasn’t always great. I would’ve preferred to be slightly closer to the main part of town, but the 5-10 minute walk wasn’t bad at all. Also, the chairs on the balcony obstructed your view as they hit the railing at eye level when you sat on them. However, we had an amazing experience and would stay here again!

Staff is super. Friendly and helpful. Location is super great. Quieter side of the beach and clean and comfortable. It is a short 10 m walk to the beach. The view from the balcony is wonderful and from the rooms. It is close to a lot of the restaurants. It is not a long walk to pier 61 either. The only down part of our stay was the stove initially not working (but it was fixed quickly) but as it is not an intuitive stove (induction), some instructions would probably help future renters. Also contacting front desk was not working. Numbers I.had did not work (think they were having some phone troubles). It wa faster to go downstairs to front desk. If you like a kettle, you do have to ask for one. Overall it was a great vacation. Thank you

We definitely enjoyed our time at Avalon. The property is relatively new, well maintained and in a nice proximity to the beach. The not entirely positives - the facility is very basic - a bit IKEA like, so you are not renting someone's vacation home. It has a bit of a dormitory/Residence Inn feel. Again, for us, it still allowed us to have a fantastic stay and enjoyable time at the beach. My priority is nice and very clean, and it is very nice and clean. We have no complaints at all. It was just a bit different than what was expected.One last thing - you can't use the gym (very nice) until after 9 am. In a beach community, do you really want to use the gym in the middle of the day? Again, not a big issue, but it was a bit strange.One more last thing, the people at the facility (front desk/bar attendant/maintenance/cleaning) were all very nice and attentive to any need we had. They were great.Very nice spot for a beach vacation.

The Avalon is amazing! Right on the beach. Huge multi-bedroom suites that are perfect for multiple couples. Two things stood out: how NICE the staff was and how CLEAN the entire property was. Oh, and they offer beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc to use at no extra hassle or cost. The Avalon feels private--not a million rooms with people waiting for elevators, kids running in the halls...it felt like a private condo with only a few units on each floor. Highly recommend!. We loved it!

This place surprised us! Very clean, exceptional service, and perfect location! The unit was spacious and had everything we needed! If we needed more towels, it was super easy to have more delivered. The pool bar was a bonus! We plan to come back!

The condo was exactly what we were hoping for. We had an ocean view from two of the 3 bedrooms, with a balcony that was just perfect for relaxing while watching the sunsets. The place was clean and equiped with a well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable and we had no trouble sleeping after an exhausting dayt at the beach. The washer/dryer combo came in handy after having spent a week at WDW. We loved the fact that the property provided beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for the kids at no cost. I would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 4 adults and 2 young children enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and well stocked with kitchen equipment. The furniture was comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony and beautiful beach views. The trek to the beach was easy. The pool was heated and lots of fun for the kids. The desk was staffed 24 hours and management was very responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

Very large condo with 3 bed/ 3.5 bath. Enough space to bring my parents along with my family. The resort provides everything you need for the beach (chairs, towel's, umbrella's and even a noodle to float) We had an amazing view of the beach with nightly sunsets from the balcony. We will be back for sure. Oh and this place would be great for 3 couple's long friends weekend
