Breathtaking oceanfront penthouse on Hawaii's picturesque Hapuna Beach! This modern vacation home in the newly-constructed Hapuna Beach Residences features a coveted floorplan, with triple ocean frontage on the penthouse level where one can take in the best view available on the Kohala Coast. B41 offers over 2,200 square feet of luxury interiors, including a spacious master bedroom suite with ocean view, a king bed and en-suite bathroom, a second master bedroom suite with a king bed and a third guest bedroom suite with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, and a show-stopping chef's kitchen and dining wing where guests can dine with a beachfront ambience. The kitchen is equipped with Wolf Sub-zero appliances, a full-height wine refrigerator, double ovens, espresso machine, and all the space guests need to entertain or dine in. Glass sliding doors pull away to open the kitchen and dining space to famous Hapuna Beach, with glass railings for seamless views of the nightly sunsets. During whale-watching season (November - March) you will have a front row seat to watch the breaching humpback whales that spend the winter in Hawaii. With architecture inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright, the two master bedrooms have a semi-circle window bay that enhances the views of the ocean and sky from every angle of the room, and provides extra space for stretching after long walks on the beach (or join the morning yoga class on the lawn). B41 has many features that it make unique from other rentals in the Residences such as oversize bedrooms, a dedicated laundry room, a sofa sleeper in the living room, a Sonos sound system, and a front entry located nearest to the elevators for convenient access to the facilities of this world class resort.

Guests of Hapuna Beach Residences B41 may purchase daily resort access to enjoy all facilities and amenities at both the Mauna Kea and Westin Hapuna Resorts. Access must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay and covers all registered guests in the unit. Please note: This privilege is offered directly by Mauna Kea Resort, and South Kohala Management is not responsible for any changes to resort services or amenities. Rates are as follows:

    Steps from the beach, or watch it through the big windows. Clean, and very modern. Parking was a little remote, and the kitchen was lacking simple supplies like paper towels or the right coffee filters. But those are nits compared to the overall experience. I'd recommend this property!
