Breath-Taking Gulf View from Private Balcony

Perfect for our family vacay! The condo has everything you need to enjoy Port A. The coffee flavors were delicious and all the seasoning needed for cooking. Don’t let any of the reviews deter you about the condos themselves because this one is excellent and very clean! Thank you for making it so nice and relaxing.

This property and condo are very well maintained. Vic, the owner of the condominium had things you didn’t think you needed. The little things are the big things. There is a swimming pool, outdoor grills, extremely short walk to the beach. Very comfortable. And the view from the living area is outstanding. I have nothing but love for this spot!

Our family always enjoys staying in this condo! It has such a relaxing atmosphere and its beach proximity is great for younger children that may be unable weather the beach all day. The owners are super responsive and accommodating! I also love watching the pelicans fly by from the balcony… can’t be the views or location :)

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Perfect location, beautifully decorated , has everything you need and THE VIEW! We had a small hiccup checking in but Vic was fast to respond and take care of it. What a great host! My friends and I had a great time and will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend! This was a very nice trip and the room is quiet, immaculately clean as tho everything is brand new. The view is stunning from this second floor condo. We are usually very picky because we like to cook but there was a lot of thought and organization to the kitchen- all the appliances/utensils we needed and NICE ones too, unlike a lot of other condos. I love how the cabinets had labels- this made it easy to negotiate. Very short walk to the beach. Everything was just perfect. We had a blast. Thank you Vic!

We have been vacationing in Port Aransas for 45 years. This was absolutely my favorite condo and we have stayed pretty much everywhere. It was spotless. It had everything we could ever need, was very well kept, very comfortable beds and furniture. It had a beautiful view of the ocean and was a very short walk to the beach. This is our pick from now on.

Great condo and very up to date. Plenty of space for a small family and view from balcony is great. Surrounding community is respectful and courteous. Communication with owner was very good and friendly, as he helped me locate the door entry code when I couldn’t find..(my mistake). Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Communication was great! When we arrived it was very clean and ready for our stay. Beds were very comfortable and the view is perfect! It was rainy during our stay but sitting out on the balcony and enjoying the view was great when we weren’t out enjoying the beach of the pool. The boardwalk to the beach is an easy walk. The pool was always clean and just steps from the condo! It is also golf cart accessible so we had a lot of fun. We will be back for sure! Thank you for such a wonderful and relaxing stay.

We were so happy with our stay! The location is unbeatable. Incredibly close to the beach, no walking on the street required. There is a nice view of the ocean from the balcony, it is obstructed by the dunes, but you can still see plenty of the waves crashing in and feel the nice breeze. It felt very private out there. The home was very clean, well maintained, and well stocked. (And I am extremely picky about cleanliness). The unit is right by the pool, you can see it from the bedroom window. Parking is close to the unit. There are a few water hoses and an outdoor wash area to clean off sand of your gear. The brick walls made it super quiet inside. Comfy beds and nice, quality things inside. It did not feel like an apartment full of hand me down furniture and supplies. The a/c kicks butt! Water pressure was pretty decent as well. We will absolutely stay here again! Already planning our next visit.
