Stayed Apr 5, 2025We loved the condo. Everything was so clean. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and more. There was a cooler for the beach, beach toys and chairs. Having the reserved chairs and umbrella was so nice. The location was perfect being just steps from the beach. Just out the door and you’re less than 50 yards from the water. Chick-fil-A was directly across the street and Walmart was only a mile down the road. We hope to rent this condo again in the near future.

Stayed Mar 19, 2025We had such a great time staying at this property. It was awesome. Felt like home away from home. Plenty big enough for me the husband and three kids love that hat on site. Laundry even had dawn, dish soap and dishwashing liquid under the sink. Normally, you have to buy that stuff it was already there Beach towels were already there. It was perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. We all made wonderful memories thank you breakers east room 701.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed including beach towels, fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of extra linens and bath towels. The beach views are absolutely beautiful. We really appreciated that the beach setup was included in cost of the condo as that cost adds up quickly! Overall, would highly recommend this unit.

Reviewer Comments: First time renting this condo and it was decorated beautiful with a fabulous location! It was a pleasure working with Your Assisant at the Beach as always! The beach service set up daily is perfect! I would suggest replacing the balcony table and 4 small chairs due to their condition. Besides that, we had a great experience in the condo!
