Location & view was great! Hard getting out of parking area due to traffic.

The furniture is somewhat dated, but we expected that looking at the pics. The layout, beds, internet, cover parking space, and hot water/great pressure made this a wonderful place for our family. Everyone were very comfortable! Love the spacious areas! To get to Beach the walk was short! Loved having chairs and umbrella included. Condo does need bigger and better frying pans!

The entire experience was amazing! We even had someone forget important luggage, had a friend overnight mail it, and the host and front office were completely helpful!

This property is located directly on the beach with beautiful Gulf views. The balcony is spacious and private and a wonderful place to relax before or after a day out. The unit felt comfortably spacious for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. The heated pool was a nice place to spend a little time, though the temperature could have been bumped up a couple of degrees on the chillier days.The beach chairs were a nice bonus. Overall, this was a great place to make our home base during our trip.

Condo was as described and offered plenty of space for our family of 4– plenty of hangers, drawers, beach towels, linens, and extra fans (help to drown any noise heard in bedroom from guests on the elevator) The condo lacked cleanliness, by the cleaning staff, nothing I couldn’t tidy up myself but wasn’t welcoming. Also there isn’t overhead lighting in many areas and the lamps didn’t provide adequate lighting. Showers both great and seemed to be recently upgraded! Overall, our stay was wonderful and we will return to Breakers East! Oh- 1 elevator broke mid stay, so you either had to be patient or take the stairs!

My husband and I and another couple stayed there for a week of sun and golf. Super location and perfect accommodations. Closest condo on the beach I have ever stayed at!

Plenty of kitchenware and appliances. Great view. Sliding glass doors need some work on the locking latches. For the two of us there were a lot of bathroom amenities provided. The Assistant on the Beach was really helpful and responsive to all texts. We would definitely stay here again if available.
