Got to see dolphins every morning and evening from the balcony. The condo was fabulous from the entry way to the balcony. Very spacious with plenty of sleeping space as well as space to relax.

Stayed Apr 11, 2025We had an amazing stay in Destin at this condo. The place was extremely nice and the view was incredible. Great amenities such as complimentary beach chairs and tent and a great parking space. Located close to all the main restaurants and entertainment areas. I would highly recommend.

Reviewer Comments: The rental was very clean, well stocked, spacious, and had wonderful views. I hope to stay here again on my next visit to Destin. Breaker's East never disappoints but 1103 was my favorite so far. We had several people and it didn't feel crowded at all. The beds were super comfy, too.

Reviewer Comments: We found Breakers East about 4 years ago and continue to seek out Breakers East (units managed by Your Assistant at the Beach) for our Destin Vacations. We have always walked into a clean ,well stocked , home away from home place to relax. This week was our 2nd time to stay in unit 1103. It is beautiful and the accommodations are a vacationers dream. The beautiful view from the balcony, as well as spacious rooms, comfortable beds and a great kitchen! Unfortunately this week, we left early (our choice) due to Hurricane Helene’s expected pattern of arrival. Even with this unexpected issue, the Management team was most helpful in our early departure.We know that we always are in good hands when our vacations are planned with Your Assistant at the Beach.

Stayed May 26, 2024This was an awesome place to stay!! We took 11 people and it accommodated us all so nicely. The beach was beautiful the view was gorgeous. The room was exactly as described in the photos. The only complaint we had and it’s a small one was there wasn’t many dish towels or rags in the kitchen. But that’s nothing major. Access to the beach was easy as well. Overall we will definitely try to book here again. We had a really great week!!!
