The condo was beautiful and met all our needs and more. The location was perfect and easy walk to most everything. A big plus was being on the 1st floor so we could use stairs easily but elevators were fast too. Only negative was the beach chair rules that you must use theirs and they are set up 2 feet apart. I asked to be moved to the back row to enjoy my music and was told no they can’t be moved and that’s just how it is in Destin.

Perfect location right on the beach. Great condo for two small families to share. Plenty of towels provided and it was nice to have usable cooking pans and utensils unlike other places we have stayed before.

The rooms are absolutely beautiful. They have all that you need in them. You don’t have to go far to Walmart and wonderful restaurants. The beds are so comfortable!! I have absolutely no complaints. Everything was clean. Carolyn is wonderful at helping make your reservation reservations!!!

Super convenient to Dunkin, Ice cream, and restaurants. Super clean and loved everything about this condo. The only bad thing about our trip is I left my special pillow. Would love to get in contact with the owners in hopes of getting it back. Other than that it was an amazing condo!

I rented a second condo from another agency and I received 3 parking passes when I arrived and they had no trouble providing me another when I explained my grandson left and took his pass with him. Your agency gave me a hassle. They did finally bring me another parking pass after I complained. Change your policy! There are many other choices now with nicer condos. Accommodate your long time loyal customers!

Our condo was large enough for our party of 7 and assessable enough for my 90 year old grandmother on a walker! I would definitely recommend this location to others!

Perfect location. Love these condos and location of this unit for pool and elevator access. Condo was nice and clean. Love the open kitchen.
