I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect in almost every way. Clean, spacious and better than pictured. Only real drawback is turning in and out of complex to 98,a little tricky when heavy traffic. The view of the ocean when you walk in is breath taking. Highly recommend. We will be back for sure.

Stayed Mar 17, 2025Me and two of my friends stayed here in march and it was a beautiful place. Everything in this condo was of good quality. It was very clean- I was impressed. Loved the smaller complex- not crowded and loved the covered assigned parking. Will definitely book this condo again for future trips to Destin!

Covered parking directly below unit with direct access via stairwell. Kitchen was so nice to cook in. Condo was cozy and comfortable. Washer and dryer so helpful with kids and coming home with clean clothes! Our week couldn’t have been any better. Would stay again!

The place is very clean and beautiful. This room comes with private parking. The stairs are right outside your door and they lead straight to your car. Also the customer service is great too. I almost forgot the beach is private and the pool is very nice. All restaurants are close and so is outlet malls. I know it’s on the first floor but you can see the beach great
