Stayed Sep 24, 2025Balcony and view were excellent, beach was clean and chair service was great.Condo was overkill for just my wife and I, yet we rented for the view, if we fly our kids out it would be perfect.Only issue were tv uses a couple remotes, no biggie just took a minute for a grandpa to figure out-lol

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've stayed in a few condos at BE, and this by far was our favorite. The unit was very clean, the kitchen was equipped with everything needed for meals at home, and the balcony was fabulous for morning coffee and evening cocktails. At the time of this review, the unit had a decent-sized cooler, beach tote, toys, and chairs (for after 5pm setup). We will be renting this unit again for sure!

Stayed Oct 12, 2024Extremely clean condo. Has to be the cleaniest comdo we have ever rented. Plenty of towels, hangers, and kitchen supplies. Nice, big patio with plenty of seating. They were very fast with repling to messages.

Huge balcony, large bedrooms and bathrooms...with all amenities. The property was nicely landscaped and right off 98, easy to find. We wanted to steal the recliner it was sooo comfy. The condo was clean and ready on time. The balcony view is amazing. Really a perfect spot, we will be back.
