Brass Rail Condo 114 Beachside

Perfect place perfect location perfect… Everything!

We had a wonderful stay at Brass Rail 114. Our host was very helpful on our first day making sure everything was just right for us. Everything was just as described. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. Our family had everything we needed for our Thursday-Sunday stay. Our two 9yr old girls loved the pool! The elevator was working just fine. We didn't really need to use it except for taking our luggage in and out. We will definitely book this condo again!

This was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had. The condition of Brass Rail Condo 114 Beachside is outright dirty and poorly maintained.Cleanliness was a major issue throughout the unit. The floors were so dirty that walking barefoot immediately resulted in blackened feet. Baseboards and trim were dirty, scuffed and missing. Upholstery was stained, worn and unclean. Nightstands were beat up. Windows were dirty.The bathroom conditions were unacceptable. There was visible mold buildup in the shower and tracks, and all the toilets had mold under the rim. Some of the ceiling vents were heavily rusted. All this speaks to long-term neglect. This is not a one-off cleaning miss—this is a pattern of not maintaining the property.Maintenance issues were just as bad:HVAC system failed during the stay (no heat/AC).Dryer made a loud screeching noise when used.Wi-Fi did not work due to incorrect instructions provided.The overall condition of the unit reflects neglect: rusted hardware, damaged and dirty moldings, yellowed cabinets, and general wear far beyond what should be acceptable for a paid rental.To make matters worse, the unit was poorly stocked with basic necessities. There was no adequate supply of essentials like laundry soap or garbage bags and Toilet paper —something that should be standard in any short-term rental.

This is a beautiful, spacious condo with everything we needed for a fantastic vacation.

This place was phenomenal. Beautiful spacious and very clean. The owner was fabulous and I had a change in my last day plans and I asked if I could leave later and she graciously said yes since no one else was coming in. I would stay there again. Pool is very nice. Thank you.

The condo is in an awesome location, safe and gated, two minutes walking and you’re on the beach. Living area was more spacious than anticipated, lots of outdoor space as well. Host was awesome to work with, super quick to answer any questions and helpful. Well stocked kitchen, clean and organized. Will definitely stay again!

Brass Rail condominiums are very nice, have two pools, and you can walk to anything- beach, shopping, restaurants.

My family and I stayed in the condo for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our first stay in Tybee. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Mary was a wonderful host. She checked in on us and provided us with great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The pool and hot tub were great to have. The location to the beach is perfect, one short block with direct beach access. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

The location was awesome! Condo was exactly what we wanted for our sibling weekend!

We were really happy with location and place for our stay. Place was spacious, clean and well kept with everything we needed! Manager even made sure we had all the access codes needed and even for when the codes changed mid week- we saw many others that did not!
