We had a great stay at this condo. Everything was clean and as pictured. The unit itself was very quiet and it was easy to find parking. The kitchen was stocked with all cooking utensils, pots and pans needed, and the refrigerator was perfectly clean. The beds were very comfortable and enough linens were provided. The host was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. My only dilemma was not realizing only one roll of toilet paper would be provided for each bathroom. I was accustomed to a secondary role for each bathroom. Had I known I would've purchased toilet paper on our first day/shopping trip.

I have stayed in the K resort several times and this unit was very well maintained and equipped. I love the lakefront path for a morning jog and the proximity of the Publix grocery store and restaurants.

Our trip was wonderful. Great location, especially for ASW cheer competition.

Great week at Vista Bay Resort! Close to Universal and Disney parks. Pool was convenient and in great shape. Host was very responsive and the place was clean and comfortable for our family of 4. Would highly recommend!! Thank you for the wonderful week!

This is a great host! Clean rooms, quick responses, and close to a lot of places. There was even a heated pool and jacuzzi at the resort.

Nice and clean condo that was conveniently located near Universal Studios.

Condo is very clean, well equipped and accommodating. My only complaint is that the bathtub drains very slowly. I don’t take baths, I take showers. The water quickly covers my ankles while showering.

Excellent apartment in a fantastic location. The property is right next to a great shopping center with restaurants and a grocery store, and it’s within easy driving distance of all the main Orlando attractions. The heated pool and other amenities at Vista Cay were perfect for relaxing during the day. Cathy was a wonderful host, with clear and timely communication throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others.

Could be a really great unit just needs a little TLC. Barh mats in both bathrooms were visibly dirty. Kitchen cabinets need some attention, stick when you open them, a few door fronts loose or falling off. Dishes were very “tired” and may be time to replace. Bar in master shower door was missing exposing sharp metal edges. All in all it was “fine” but I would not advertise this as “newly renovated “

Awesome location if you’re going to Disney. It took us 10 minutes to get to each park. The condo was very clean. The host was very nice and checked in with me multiple times to make sure everything was ok. The beds were also very comfortable.

A few family members and I (16) stayed here for a quick trip to Orlando. Property is exactly as stated in the listing and Cathy is a great host (very good communication, rules are very clear, check in process was easy, etc). We especially loved that it’s within minutes of the parks.

The location of the condo was perfect for our stay. It is right next to a great shopping center with restaurants and a grocery store. Cathy was a great host and very communicative during our stay. The condo does get a bit loud on the weekends but was manageable. The ice maker in the fridge didn't work but wasn't a problem because we got ice from the grocery store. Would definitely stay at this property again.

This place was perfect. We worked a trade show at the convention center nearby and this location and unit was ideal.

We enjoyed our stay in Cathy’s condo, and would stay again. It is in a great location - close to the convention center, Universal, restaurants; walking distance to grocery store. Furniture, decor and linens are well-kept. Kitchen is stocked with the basics though we didn’t do much cooking. It’s nice to have a full-sized fridge as well as a washer/dryer. There is ample parking. Cathy was readily available by phone for any questions or concerns. Thanks so much!

The listing was very accurate. The condo looked just like the photos. We were very pleased. It was a very comfortable and safe place to stay! Convenient to the parks and it was easy to grab anything we needed from the little shopping center next door.

My favorite and I were traveling to Orlando to visit the grand opening of Epic Universe. This condo couldn't have been more convenient at 6 minutes to the parking lot.The property is just as described. It is plenty big enough for 6 people. Very clean! Cathy is a wonderful host. She confirmed we had everything we needed to easily check in and she even checked on us a couple of times during our stay. We absolutely would stay again and would recommend this property to friends and family.

We just returned from a wonderful stay in Orlando. This condo was perfect for our family. There’s plenty of space and everything was so nice and clean. It was great that everyone had their own space to relax after our long days at the parks. This location was very close to Universal. We could hear the fireworks from Epic in the evening. Cathy is always quick to reply and made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay here and returned with so many special memories.

We were in town for a trade show at the convention center. This well placed unit is close enough, yet far enough away. Very clean, good food within walking distance, and pretty quit.

Cathy was great and easy to communicate with ! Location was great and close to everything you need! Nicely decorated and clean . Would suggest a few more pantry items such as sugar and tea towels and dish clothes . Would for sure come back ! Thankyou for a fun stay !

My family and I so enjoyed our stay at this property. The host was wonderful and quick to respond to any questions that we had before and during our stay. The property is conveniently located- can walk to grocery store, coffee, restaurants and just a quick and easy drive to International drive and Universal. The condo itself was beautiful and we all felt very comfortable during our stay. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for a cheer comp and the location was perfect for getting to our venue. We loved the pool during our free time as well. The property was very clean and easy to access. My only suggestion would be for there to be more silverware, specifically spoons. We had four people staying in the condo and we were hand washing them daily so we would have enough for breakfast/snacks. We were overall very happy with our stay and would rent this space again.

I can't say enough good things about the host for this property. She was very accommodating and easy to get a hold. Property is in the perfect location of short distances to and from the airport and all the parks; there is even a Publix within walking distance. We also had access to a heated pool and a bar. I highly recommend this property, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our stay here was superb! I bought park tickets for my boys as a Christmas gift and this place was the perfect spot for us. Fabulous amenities and close to the parks without the traffic of all the tourists. The condo was comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed. Our host was very personable and communicated everything we needed to know and more. She was pleasant and helpful.

We had a long weekend at Universal. Couldn’t afford to stay on property there. Rented here and will continue doing so. Great location, clean, easy entry, awesome communication with host, and priced right. Getting an Uber to and from universal worked out perfectly. Will stay again!

Great spot for a get away.

The condo was so well laid out and spacious. It was very comfortable, the kitchen is well supplied. It's a great location for the Convention Center. Cathy was a very helpful host and prompt with her responses. There was a problem with noise the first night of our stay and she was helpful in getting that resolved. Could use a good clean and some maintenance.

40 minutes walk to the convention center. 5 minutes drive. Perfect for business trip.

This is a beautiful condo in a nice resort community. The host has everything you need. The kitchen is very nicely equipped. The beds are comfortable. The location is close to restaurants, top golf, sea world, universal and Disney. I will come stay in this property again. I highly recommend this condo.

We arrived at the property to find the beds unmade, bathrooms dirty, trash not emptied, half smoked joints on the kitchen counter. Contacted the owner and we're moved into a nearby unit that was comparable but clean. We enjoyed our stay once everything was straightened out.

From start to finish this booking was great. Host Cathy was excellent with communication and providing information in advance. Everything was great. Highly recommend.
