All communications with the host was great. The actual condo had some issues and I hope they are addressed before the next guest stays. This Resort Condo was advertised as Ski in/Ski out.. It is NOT. There was a considerable walk to the lift. This should be clarified. Two bedrooms on the main floor had their closet doors broken and resting in the closets which made it difficult to use the closets. The exterior door leading to the outside deck had a curtain for privacy, but the rod was broken and it kept falling down. All but 1 elect plug (in the kitchen) were defective in that nothing would stay plugged in. Very strange. When plugging in phone chargers they chargers would fall out of the wall plug. The porch was very icy and several of us fell multiple times. I hope some kind of ice melt would be provided in the future. Master bedroom needs a new mattress. It felt like sleeping on your grandmothers spring mattress.

Everything was good! We typically stay more towards the heart of everything, but for the room, price and location to the slopes, it was a great property. I would say the house is average for the Boyne area. Nothing was extraordinary (better all around than staying down in the village), but very typical for a place that houses plenty of people based on size, and for the brutality of the sport on a home, it was as expected! Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We were able to stay toasty warm, ski the length of the cabin’s row/ street to access the lift (far better than walking it in skis boots down at the lodge!) plenty of room for our party of 10 (5 kids 4-17) and 5 adults. We made plenty of meals in house with the kitchen supplies. I was glad I had already decided to bring our own coffee as there wasn’t any in house (maybe the only downside for most lol) I was pleasantly surprised that the house was very “sound proof.” While the adults slept in the “basement” or 1st floor, we did not hear steps above us or talking or anything which was lovely! Rooms were dark as well! Plenty of bathrooms for everyone and space for eating and playing games. We stayed at the lodge previously with the same family, and they also expressed how nice and much better the space was than the lodge. We were very grateful for the stay during a very busy season!

Great space for large groups. We were up there with 3 other couples for our kids soccer tournament, and having so many bedrooms, bathrooms, and two kitchens and living room rooms was perfect. Would definitely rent again.

Love the area. Lots of things to do Lavender Hill farm was really nice, Boyne city farmers market ( teas, honey and maple syrup all are very good), Swimming at Deer Lake, sun set in Petoskey At Boyne mountain enjoyed skybridge, zip lining and horse back riding. Husband and grandson had a fun day fishing with guide. Fresh fish for dinner was yummy. Some did the bike riding on Mackinac Island. Rented pontoon boat on the Torch Lake, the kids loved the tubing even with the weather being nasty that day.A fun filled week @ Boyne mountain.

The location is beautiful, and the condo comfortably accommodated our large family. Our only concern was that the lower level didn’t seem to have air conditioning, so it was noticeably warmer than the rest of the unit. However, it did have heating, and as long as you’re not visiting during a particularly warm time of year, it shouldn’t be an issue. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

We had three generations of our family with enough space, bedrooms, and bathrooms for all 10 of us! The beds were comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The kitchens were well-equipped and the owners were very easy to work with. We would definitely book this condo again!

The walk to the ski lift was easy. You could walk to the main resort area if needed. This spot is great for a large family or group. The separate kitchen/living space in lower level is ideal. The condo is no frills but has the basic amenities needed for a fun weekend. No issues-host was great.

Boyne Mountain is my favorite place to ski in Michigan. Even though the weather was warmer we still managed to find plenty of snow to ski and snowboard and plenty of fun around the resort. The new Disciples 8 high speed lift is just a short walk down the street about 1-2 blocks and because it is an 8 person high speed lift lines are short and you are easily connected to the rest of the mountain. It is also now lit for night skiing as well which was great!! My only recommendation would be to update the music system in the kitchen as it is outdated and doesn't connect to your phone, however, this had no impact on our stay, cleanliness, or space which were all awesome!! It was great for our family of 15! Hosts were very responsive, helpful, and I would definitely stay here gain.

House carpet was very dirty. Oven door is falling apart. Also, even though we were told before hand that there was only a weekends worth of toilet tissue provided and we were prepared we feel if we pay for a week and not just a weekend then we should be provided toilet tissue for a week. Enjoyed all the rooms. No real problems. Nice area. Communication was good. Thanks

We loved having five bedrooms and 4 baths, as there were 9 adult family members traveling and 3 were single. Three of the bedrooms had 2 queen beds. We appreciated the ac, gas fireplace, and quick owner responses. Since the pools required a $45 ea payment, we were happy that it was easy to drive to Lake Michigan. The weather allowed us to do the awesome Skybridge. Next time we would like to try the scenic golf cart. All in all it was a great location for our family vacation.
