Boyne Mountain, Disciples Village Condo - Steps To Boyneland Run

Clean and spacious condo, very conveniently located close to ski slopes. Probably need a little update, especially bigger TV and especially more comfortable shower. Thank you!

Condo was clean and spacious. Only downfall was the cigarette smoke odor.

10/10 would recommend this property again. Very close to the amazing downtown Boyne area. Everything in the condo was in excellent condition and the owner is very accommodating.

The instructions sent one week earlier and it was easy to follow. The condo was nice and clean and the locations was great. Easy access to Skybridge and the Mountain Resort. Will come back again.

The location was so convenient for our trip The check-in was easy-going. The place looks abandoned from the outside. the place was dirty outside and inside, I'm pretty sure they know which places are they renting so they should do a deep cleaning beforehand.

Property was exactly as described with easy access to ski runs—though you have a brief hike through neighboring condo yards/woods. Fireplace was nice and space was bigger than it look sin the pics. Limited parking is a minor issue but could be a bigger problem if others have extra guests/cars.

It was a great place to stay for a color tour weekend. It seems larger than it appears in the pictures. The bed was comfortable and though we ate out all weekend, the kitchen appears well stocked. My only suggestion would be to invest in a decent coffee pot, the current one is below basic and barely functional. A TV in the bedroom would be nice too. But it is as advertised and we would most certainly stay again.

Good location. Basically a basement apartment with old used furniture. No AC, small TV.

Cleaning could be better, but the place was very cozy warm. The convenience to the slopes was a reasonably walk.

Let me start by the pictures do not do this place justice. It was very big in space it was absolutely beautiful. The host was very on top of any questions I had. Check in and out was very easy. You can ski or snowboard right in and out and they was very convenient even if you wanted to drive over to the main parking lot it was just a min or two away. The couch pulled out into a bed and they had another pull out bed and it was great. There is a fully loaded kitchen the bath was huge. Oh and did I forget to stay how amazing it was that there was a washer and dryer. It worked fast to throw in snow gloves or mask to dry them or warm them up when ready to go back on the hills. We will absolutely be coming back. We had friends who stayed another the resort property and wished they would have stayed where we were.

The host communicated well and the condo was ready and clean upon check in. The condo is a bit outdated and in need of some basic updates: a larger smart TV (they have a broken DVD player and a smaller old TV), a Keurig (the coffee maker never stopped brewing), and some updated furniture would make this a great condo. The condo is slope side but I would not say this is a ski in/out condo. The extra cabinet bed was great but the sofa sleeper was very old and my son chose to sleep on the floor instead. It is noisy as it is the basement unit but we were tired from the hills that we didn't care.

Very nice unit. Clean. Well appointed. Quite large for a one bedroom. Only stayed for one night however I would not have any problems renting again for a longer term stay.

Everything was great. I think a adjustable shower head would good as well.

Enjoyed the quiet & convenience to where we needed to be. Furniture dated, carpet stained. Didn’t like that we couldn’t control the indoor climate.

The location was excellent, with easy access to local shops. It was very convenient for our needs. The property was very clean & well-maintained, and the bed in the master bedroom was exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen was a good size with all the basic amenities. We had a very pleasant experience and would recommend the property for its cleanliness, great location and comfort. Thank you!

We've stayed here twice for a soccer tournament and it's a great find. Clean, quaint, awesome location, close to everything. Jane is an excellent communicator and made everything very easy. Will definitely be back.

This place was a great location and price. Good size for our family and needs.Cons: needs a deep clean and some upgrades. Coffee maker was dirty and needs a de-scaling, we spent an hour cleaning it the best we could.The inside of the dishwasher looked like it had mold inside, master sheets were ripped.There were occupants upstairs and you could hear every word that was said and felt every footstep.

Easy access to the hill. Nice fireplace warms the whole lower level. Could use some kitchen utensils and new pillows. Overall great place.

The location to the slopes was so simple. 2 min walk and ski right down to express. Nice place with queen bed, pull out sofa, and Murphy bed. The only issue is that it is a bottom unit and there were young kids above us that ran back and forth all day and evening. You can hear all footsteps above you (note this is the only reason for four stars - everything else was great). Other than that the place was clean and cozy with good parking and wonderful location. Good communication with owner. Late season with ample parking available. We really enjoyed our weekend with the ski in ski out location.

The condo is very cozy, clean, and convenient! Short walk to the slopes - either Boyneland or to the Disciples 8 lift. Plenty of space and all the amenities needed for a multiple day stay. Also a convenient location if driving into Boyne City. Highly recommend this property!

Plenty of room for the four of us. Kids slept in the two pull out beds near the tv and fireplace. Room was very cozy and located within walking distance of the beginners area and another lift. Room had everything we needed to cook a small Christmas dinner.

Great location! Great check in process! Perfect for me & my husband! My only negative thing to say is that the bed & pillows could be a little better quality & there was no spatula. But other than that it was great!!! It was nice & clean, no weird odors short drives to either Gaylord or petosky.

Perfect for a short stay! Great location and very walkable to lots of restaurants and attractions. Private and quaint we really enjoyed our stay. Also the Murphy bed was very comfortable!

Nice stay with spacious bedroom and handy pullout cabinet bed. Everything needed to cook some meals in the kitchen. Large bathroom was nice.

The lower condo was just as the pictures showed. We had one bedroom with an additional pull out full bed and couch. Furniture was sufficient but very dated, the kitchen could use some upgrades, appliances and table. Overall the unit could use a deep clean, many bugs and the kitchen stove top doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in a very long time. Think this unit would be good for a group coming to get a lot of skiing in .

Great host. Very accommodating and quick to respond. Enjoyed our stay and Jane went above and beyond made our stay very enjoyable.

Perfect location with lots of activities and thing's to do!!

Great property in a beautiful environment…this unit was perfect for us and we hope to come back in the winter. Loved its proximity to Boyne Mountain Resort. Just know that going through VRBO does not give you full resort privileges. Our only complaint was that we had issues parking close to our unit breviary there was a large group near by who took up way too many parking places around their unit. Communication with our host was excellent and always prompt.
