Located yards from the Mountain Villa outdoor seasonal pool with Deer Lake just over the mountain. Tennis and pickleball courts right next to the condo building.

Only thing I would change is to include conditioner and bars of soap in the bathroom.

This was our first summer trip to Boyne. The location, amenities, and accommodations were perfect for our family of 4. This is our 2nd time renting a Timber North property and will definitely seek out their properties for future stays.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was relatively clean. Bare minimum amenities provided. Sliding door would not lock, no bath mat in master bath and the soap dispensers in the master tub did not work. Microwave light did not work. Fold out beds were very uncomfortable. Challenging sleeping 6.
