Yes room was very clean

Room was clean and well equipped. Staff was wonderful. Close to Boyne Mountain Resort, shuttle service to the resort was great. Pickup was right outside our door.

Peaceful and clean

Overall perfect location to stay for skiing. Free shuttle to the hills and great location close to the mountain and resort. Check in was odd as I was scolded by the front desk clerk because I used an outside app to book the stay. It seems most of the rooms are private time share units and the property mgmt frowns upon that. I was hard core pitched to come and sit through a presentation to potentially buy into the property. Not interested as its just not why I came there for. It was odd;

I love this area for skiing! This was my third trip in 4 years. The 1 bedroom suite is a bit cramped but nice and clean. It fits our needs really well.

A clean comfortable suite with all the desired amenities. Front desk staff was courteous, professional and made me feel like a va;ued guest. I highly endorse this property and look forward to future visits.

Loved it as a base for our golf at Boyne

The room and facilities were clean and quiet. We love the area and the activities. The only drawback was lack of space in the kitchen area.

The Mountain Run/Bluegreen experience was 5/5 but the confirmation/booking process was less than relaxing.

It was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. We appreciated the discounts as well.

Clean neat and comfortable

Place was nice, plenty of room for me and two kids. Very easy 2 minute drive to ski hill and did indoor water park which boys loved. About 10 minute drive to Boyne City.

Small for a family of four. There are no games/books/entertainment of any kind in the unit. The shuttle service is very inconsistent and at times non-existent. On a positive, beds are comfortable with nice.linens.

We came to Boyne for mine and my husbands birthdays to ski! Christian stayed in touch with us the the whole time. We never felt neglected and check in was easy. We did not get the run around with the timeshare folks, as we were given the secret to avoid that. The unit was clean and comfortable. We made breakfast everyday and went skiing after. The only down side would be the walls are very thin and the next door neighbor had a child that did a lot of screaming. But, that's part of traveling, so I wouldn't reflect anything on this owner. We will stay there again.

Location is a quick walk to the Superbowl Lift which is super convenient to get onto the mountain. Been updated so everything is nice and clean. Having a washer and dryer outside the unit was also really nice. Only suggestion is there are no hangars for coats by the door and no area to hang skis, so coming in all snowy you just leave everything at the door on the carpet.

Very convenient

This property is great for families looking for a nice place to stay in close proximity to Boyne. The location was close to the slopes and activities, the room was clean, check in was easy, and communication was a breeze with the text option. I loved the locked closet outside the room for wet snow gear and skis! The outdoor heated pool was a hit among our kids! Great place at a fraction of the cost. Definitely will stay again! Some things that could be changed: Indoor seating at the pool for parents watching their kids swim in freezing temperatures! It was brutal sitting out there for an hour or longer in 15 degree weather. The motor in the refrigerator was SO loud all night. Made it hard to sleep.

We had the best NYE getaway. This condo was so close to everything. We didn’t use the shuttle because we liked keeping our stuff in the car in the lot. It was hardly a drive at all and we always had parking. The condo was clean and cozy. My son enjoyed the pool even in winter and the hot tub. . We loved the skiing here and are hoping to return.

Great location and very close to the slopes. Listing is spot onto what was received in the room. It’s a property I would look at coming back to the next time. I’m coming to Boyne Mountain.

Nice place for a ski trip!

I thought the property was the perfect distance to the ski Mountain and made for the perfect place to stay while snowboarding. The place was clean and just like the pictures. In addition, there was more in the room than I was expecting including shampoo/conditioner, silverware, and appliances! Outdoor pool and hot tub were really cool to hangout in when not on the slopes. Only thing that made the trip harder was the initial check-in because I thought the signs were not clear as to where the registration was. So I made several wrong turns until I found the office. But that was the worst of it. Definitely would recommend this property.

Convenience to resort and equipped with all home needs enjoyed my stay

The condo was small but perfectly sufficient for 3 people. It was nice to have the shuttle available. We were able to leave our skis with the valet which made our mornings easy. A quick breakfast in the condo and a shuttle ride to the slopes!

It was a nice stay. I was just very disappointed that there were massive chunks of food in the sofa sleeper although I had requested it be vacuumed ahead. This was due to my child's fatal food allergy. It was resolved but my proactive approach was unsuccessful. Thank you.

Great condo. Great location

Everything was great, property had everything we needed for a great NYE adventure!

1st time stay at this resort community. Condo was spacious, clean and well equipped. Text communication with property manager was available for any needs I may have had during the stay. Condo was recently renovated and very comfortable. Convenient location to ski area and several mountain bike trails.

Very nice place to say! The sky bridge was breathtaking see the colors of all the leaves!

We had the best time. The accommodations were amazing!! So much to do. We will definitely be back!!

The place was clean and the process was convenient.

This property was fantastic! The customer service was great, and the unit was clean and well furnished. We were here during the off-season (so no skiing), but were able to enjoy beaches in Petoskey and Charlevoix. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the fresh air!

Nice little condo, nice pool and hot tub, for a decent price.

Our family had a fabulous time at Boyne. The condo was perfect for us. It was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was prepped with pots, pans, etc. We ejoyed sitting out on the patio and spent countless hours in the pool. We definitely plan to visit again.

It was wonderful to enjoy the resort in the summer season
