Nice condo in the Boyne Mtn complex. Great skiing I would rent again

Nice location for winter ski trip at boyne mountain. We stayed 4 nights this trip and used boyne shuttle between the circle and our building all the time. So convenient. Didn’t even move my car for the whole trip. Just wish there could be an indoor swimming pool on property for kids night activity.

Nice and spacious for our family of four. Excellent location to the ski lifts! I do suggest you supply more bath towels in the unit. We really enjoyed it.

Everything was great except the WI-FI was really spotty and stopped working around day 4 of our trip.

Everything was great. We love the Bluegree Boyne resorts. They catered to our every need. The owners made sure we had Everything we needed. We were able to get one of the ski in, ski out buildings which made it even more convenient.

Complete lack of professionalism with a 48 hour cancellation. Stating it should have never been posted as available after confirming the booking less than a week before is unacceptable.

Place was very nice and at a reasonable price. You would have got 5 stars if there was an information sheet in condo - like what to do with trash, etc. when reaching out for input and questions, everyone was very responsive and helpful.

Overall the property was very nice, staff was very helpful, and the location was great! Beds were comfy and place was very clean and spacious!

The host was very responsive and promptly answered all my questions. We were brought all the extra towels, pillows, and fans that we asked for. We had everything we needed for 4 teen boys and even had all the kitchen cooking equipment needed to make a giant pot of ghoulash. We would love to come back.

We were impressed. Easy in and out. Very clean and comfortable. The nearest chair lift was sadly not running but the proximity still made this a very convenient stay for skiing.

Beautiful room with better views. Enjoyed drinking coffee and watching the deer on the slopes in the mornings. Definitely will be coming back.

Check-in was very smooth staff was extremely friendly The resort was absolutely amazing the condo itself had everything needed and if it didn’t have it in the room the staff delivered any extra items right to your room, very accommodating The beds were very comfortable and the showers were amazing. Easy check-in, clean and spacious condo with a fully equipped kitchen. They had BBQ grills and fire pits throughout property. There are lots to do in the area. First time staying at this location and we definitely would return. The communication was great with both the Host and Staff at the complex.

We had a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit, so lots of room. Sound insulation wasn't great as every time a neighbor came or went our unit would shake from their door shutting. The master bathroom sink sloped towards the wall so you couldn't use the left side to set anything on or it would be soaked. Could have used more than the one small towel rack in the bathroom. My bed squeaked, but I brought a noisemaker so I don't think I woke up anyone when I rolled over in bed and the mattress was very comfortable! The thermostat seemed to be just decorative as it was 74 when we arrived even though it was set to 71. I turned it down to 63 for sleeping and it was 74 when I woke up, so the thermostat obviously doesn't affect the temperature. Could use more than one luggage rack per bedroom as my hubby and I each bring a suitcase.

Check in was not ideal. We got there late and were issued a temporary key card. We had to go back in the morning to properly check in. It would be better if the intermediate step wasn't necessary. Other than that we have no complaints. It was clean, quiet and close to the slopes.

Great place to stay! Only knock is the 10 am check-out.

Staff was so friendly, prompt communication, shuttle service to the mountain (it’s literally right there) which makes it convenient to pop back and forth for lunch, etc. was super clean and a lot of space (we stayed in 2 bedroom)… was cozy and comfortable! We will stay here again!

This was our first time staying in the condos at Boyne. I'd recommend it and would consider it again. The accomodations were great and the host was helpful.

We love staying at Mountain Run @ Boyne Mountain. It is steps away from skiing and all of the amenities at Boyne Mountain. The heated pool and hot tub are a bonus. Thanks!

The condo was very clean and nice! The kids loved the outdoor pool! It was very close to the slopes!

Everything was just as advertised, my wife and kids enjoyed our stay for a ski weekend.

Overall, everything was nice clean efficient check in process. Wasn’t quite ski in ski out, but there is a shuttle provided which saves the day.

We were unable to stay at the property due to a death in our family. I contacted Christian and Joseph TRP to change the check-in name to friends of ours with 3 small children. This was done by text four days prior to the stay. They indicated that it was a 99 fee to change it. I asked for explanation. They responded the owner's name had been changed to me for free the first time and subsequent changes would be charged a fee. I agreed to this and told them to proceed, they replied you are welcome. I never heard anything back until my friends arrived and were told they could not check-in because it didn't have their names as guests of the owner. Let me add that, this complex is a time share complex and the owner's contract states that they are not to rent out the units and are in violation of their contract. Thus, the front desk people are very limited in their ability to assist people that have rented from VRBO. The front desk would not budge no matter how much we pleaded with them over the phone to allow this family of 5 to check-in. The front desk said only if the actual owner of the unit called could they allow them to check-in. At the same time I'm texting with Christian & Joseph the property managers. They refused to call me by phone, the number went to voicemail. They said they would try to reach out to the owner, but no guarantee. The family ultimately had to find somewhere else to stay. I have nothing good to say about these property managers failure to follow thru.

The condo was better than it appeared in the VRBO pictures. Very clean and modern. The services at the resort were very good. The location is excellent for the ski village.

This property is 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom has king bed and private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. Each bedroom has a dresser and closet for storage. The 3rd bed is a pullout in the living room.Pros: This unit is a cheaper alternative to staying at Boyne Mountain Resort. Its located on the property but off to one side. The unit kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking equipment, but no spices etc. The unit is good size, nice fireplace, the shower in the master was a really nice walkin. The unit includes a small storage closet for ski equipment in the locked hallway just outside the building.Cons:This property is a bunch of condo buildings together like a neighborhood. The outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center are located at the checkin building, this makes it a little inconvenient when staying during winter months. The building we were assigned to didnt have enough parking spots out front, so we had to park around the corner which is terrible when hauling skis. I know thats not the owners fault as units are assigned at check in. The tvs dont have any streaming apps and the only way to get them is to check out a cord to hook your phone up yo the tv from the front desk by leaving your ID.

Property is well maintained, they are finally doing some renovations, I personally think the should change the paint colors on the outside it's dated to me, if u have back problems there mattress is a no for u the are to firm, we had to once again call to get someone to come clean the dust from the ceiling fans as usual but they come right away but it shouldn't be like that, that's what the housekeepers are supposed to do from jump.
