Borrego Springs Retreat w/ Grill & Patio!

Evolve, the company that manages this property, was absolutely awful to deal with after booking my stay here. I received absolutely to communion from them that my stay was confirmed and my numerous messages to them through VRBO were not answered. I contacted VRBO who said that my stay was confirmed and to continue to attempt to communicate to Evolve through messages. Then the day of my stay I had not received any communication from Evolve about how to check in to the property and again my messages to them were ignored. I contacted VRBO who gave me Evolve’s phone number. I called Evolve and during my first 2 calls to them I was hung up on by 2 different representatives. On my first call I was finally able to get the help I needed. It took much time but the representative was eventually able to confirm my reservation and provide me with the information about how to check in. The lack of communication and professionalism from Evolve put much unnecessary stress on me prior to my stay.As for the property it was absolutely wonderful! It was clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked with absolutely everything you could need, and it was in a great location. What I liked best was being able to watch the beautiful sunrises from the patio area and sit in the morning sun on the patio. The property itself I would give 10/10 but the lack of communication from Evolve lowers my overall review.

There are beautiful views of the distant mountains from this beautiful home. There is everything you need for comfort and enjoyment inside the nicely decorated home too-games and puzzles, snacks, books, toiletry items in case you forgot something, comfortable beds and furniture. My sons and I were here at Christmas and had such a nice time, we returned for another great visit!

Nice place, good safe location. Stayed with the wife and kids. Good location for exploring. The only strange aspect is the abandoned/empty pool across the street. Overall I'd highly recommend the location. Thanks for having us

Well stocked, clean condo in Rams Hill neighborhood

Everything you need and more. Quiet and peaceful accommodations. A generous and helpful owner. A comfortable bed! And we could bring our little dog! All we needed to relax and enjoy a little getaway. Great place!

This was a nice home with 2 full bedrooms and bathrooms and had a spectacular view of the desert from the patio and upper deck. The home was stocked with everything you could possibly want or need-snacks, soaps, lotions, spare toothbrushes, games, puzzles, you name it-this home has it! My sons and I had a wonderful time here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The weather was perfect for sitting on the comfortable patio and soaking up the desert air. The casita was cozy and comfortable as well. And it's so quiet! The casita was well supplied with everything we could need even extra toiletries and snacks.

We enjoyed our stay at this well provisioned casita. Bed, Wi-Fi and accommodations were great. Pickleball right across the street.

Owner has properly stocked and prepared her home for quality renters. It’s the little details of an owner that make renting such a pleasure. We extended our stay because it was so nice. We will return. Thank you!

The home was perfect for our multigenerational travelers to beautiful Borrego Springs! We had lots of space and the kitchen had everything we needed to prep meals for the four of us.

This house was the perfect weekend getaway for me and my mother. The house itself was very clean, just as described and had everything we could possibly need with lots of extras. We spent most of our time in the downstairs patio taking in the view. The community was extremely quiet as we came during the off season. We enjoyed taking morning and evening walks around the property. Would love to come back in early spring next year.
