The location and condo itself is nice and spacious but we had a major issue with the ac. It would not get below 76. I contacted the property manager via vrbo and was told the owners control the temperature and the lowest temp they would give us was 72. I asked repeatedly to at least have the owners put it down to 72. It was hot and we had two asthmatics with us, which I also relayed. After multiple runarounds, an ac person was sent to change the air filter. This did not fix the temperature problem. We were told to keep all blinds closed and run fans. This did nothing as there are no blinds on the main windows that lead to outside. One fan was broken and another one was supposed to come but never did. This issue could have been very easily avoided had the owners just lowered the temp. I would be aware of this when booking if you can’t handle being restricted to a temperature of 76.

Gate agents were great. parking was easy and available. Accomodations were clean, and fully stocked. Manager was available to answer questions. We had a little trouble finding the door code but the manager called us right away and confirmed. Minor construction during the day but overall a great visit.

We chose this condo about 6 months ago. When we arrived, we discovered there is construction on all 3 towers. There was no mention of this at the time we reserved, and no communication about it after. Initially didnt think it would be a big deal, until we were woken up several mornings by jackhammering. Had we been made aware of what was going on, we would have definitely gone somewhere else. Very disappointing that owner/manager did not communicate this in any way. Other things that need improvement... the kitchen sink faucet is something fierce if you turn it on full. The garbage disposal appears to have been leaking for a long time. The washing machine should have come with ear plugs due to the spin cycle. Sliding doors for the laundry area come off the track. When taking first shower in the main bathroom, water shot all over the ceiling. We were able to tighten it and it stopped. The shower head in the master bath is not centered over the tub. It's nearly against the wall, which made showering very awkward. You can hear several tiles are loose when walking around. The tile grout is dirty throughout. A couple of light switches did not work, may have been the bulbs. I complained about the construction and noise, and was given a $300 refund. Not even enough to cover a night. Was told the by our contact that the construction on our tower was not supposed to start until the fall. That was clearly not the case. The pool area is very nice. Security is great. The walk to the beach is short. Once on the beach, it's a sea of umbrellas and chairs, which are not included in your rental. You have to shell out about $40 for an umbrella and 2 chairs. If you don't want to rent one, good luck finding a decent spot to claim as yours for the day. We will definitely not come back to this rental. When spending this kind of money, I expect better. It was very disappointing for our first vacation as a blended family. One thing you can always count on though, is the beautiful Gulf. It never dissappoints.

Great trip! Beautiful beach, convenient location, within walking distance to stores and restaurants. Bring plenty of sunscreen!!
