great view and location near two pools...inside is updated and is pretty much as advertised on the inside...keep in mind it is a two bedroom with a 'loft' and there are just a couple fold up padded mats in the loft...the grill and the patio furniture are old and rusted and the outdoor rug is old and worn...full time residents next door sit by the front door and smoke cigarettes...other than that it was great

The property was great. Any questions or issues we had were responded to and resolved. We had a great stay.

The door entry code I was given did not work. I had to call the host and they gave me an emergency code which we then had to use the whole trip. The unit is very nice but the full-time next door neighbor smokes so you may smell their ash tray or cigarette smoke whenever you are outside in the front or back. There was no smoke smell inside though, unless you use the oven. We tried to cook a frozen pizza and but the the oven billowed smoked a lot so we found it to be unusable. All other appliances seemed fine though. The unit was not fully cleaned when we arrived but the management company was able to address that. None of the 4 portable fans in the unit worked, so that made the small extra room upstairs unusable as a bedroom as it was too stuffy. Overall it was a nice unit at a good property, but I wish I didn't have to deal with cigarette smoke smell whenever outside and the lack of functional fans was annoying.

This condo had plenty of space for my family to enjoy. The boat slip and trailer parking was a wonderful bonus. My children loved the pool and the proximity to the beach. I wish the condo had more bath towels for all guests but the washer/dryer definitely helped.

Property was great, right on the canal, easy access to restaurants and fishing.

We loved this property! Looks exactly like the pictures! Beautifully decorated, modern accents, kitchen stocked with everything we need. Plenty of bath towels. Beds very comfortable. We were a party of 5 adults & had plenty of room to spread out. Really enjoyed the large deck in the evening. The pool was very close to this unit, not a long walk at all. We even had it all to ourselves for a good while before anyone showed up. A very quiet location. No complaints, just a few things to mention. The upstairs bathtub did not have a stopper so we couldn't actually take a bath. No big deal. And the ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom only has a long chain to turn the light on & off on the fan, the chain to control the fan speed was too short to reach. Also, the 3rd space was kind of small, more suited for children. No windows or ceiling fan in the room, very slanted ceiling. We had one adult in that room & that's about all that it would fit. In any event we would still definitely go back. It's an amazing property.
