Stayed Jun 16, 2025Property was immaculate and had everything we needed, the MOST GORGEOUS view of the Gulf of America!!! Location on Gasparilla Island (north end) is lovely. The Boca Grande Club is so nice! Really enjoyed the golf cart ride around the island The Tarpon fishing was our highlight!!! Highly recommend this amazing condo!

Stayed May 16, 2025My husband and I came here for a weekend and the condo and location did not disappoint. Clean, quiet, fresh and beautiful! The beach was stunning. The pool and hot tub were the cleanest I have ever seen anywhere. The view was incredible from our living area, kitchen, dining area and bedroom. Everything in the condo looked new or almost new. All the things you would need kitchen wise or beach wise were provided. Loved it and we will be back!

Stayed Jan 13, 2025Overall, its lovely. However, did NOT get any rules, instructions, map, address, until I got home. So, didn't know where, who, how as a first timeVRBO user-- this was not good. And to ask for a gratuity for cleaning was uncalled for... for over 500/nite, it was way too much. I would've expected owner to contact me directly prior to my stay... that would've made this perfect. One of the guards at the front gate had to be reported for rude, scary behavior. But that's not the owners fault. Loved the condo, the reconstruction noises daily are to be understood and the employees at the club were awesome! The beach is by far the greatest on the SW coast area. Having grown up on Marco Island- this is right up there with that area. Thanks for a great stay!
