Stayed Dec 28, 2024NO CHARGE FOR BOAT SLIP!!!! Loved that!Good fridge, both TV's had good picture and entertainment options, which was important due to weather. Kitchen worked well for us. Easy access to the ocean etc. No shallow water issues. No issues with the neighborhood or people staying there. The bed and couch were kind of bad for adaults to be honest, the only negative. The slip was no additional cost! Full size free boat ramp is right outside the neighborhood if you have a larger boat.

Stayed Dec 21, 2024They had everything we needed. The place is clean and really nice. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all the appliances we could possibly need.
