Blue Heron by Carolina Getaway - Ocean Views & Elevator at Wrightsville Beach

This is not the property to choose for an older group-even with the elevator. Property is very clean. We didn’t have any problems with the elevator, although you’re always worried you’re going to get caught in there! The beds are too high. No comfort height toilets. This would be a great property for younger families. We enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely incredible house. Very clean, great location. We rented bikes and rode for coffee every morning, lunch and dinner and much more. The location of the house couldn’t be more perfect. Can’t wait to come back!

Location perfect, house was beautiful. Only complaint is we struggled a lot with the elevator that we needed for our grandmother to get up and down in the house, even with following the directions.

Lovely home with plenty of space for my whole family. Quick walk down the street to the beach, the pier, coffee shops, restaurants. It was a hot, hot week but we had a ball, even when we stayed inside.

Rented this condo for our family to stay for my son‘s wedding in Wilmington. Such a great location and beautiful condo. Communication with the property management company was amazing. Walking distance to the beach. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to enjoy family meals together, and the cozy living room was perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities. The bedrooms were spacious and provided a restful retreat, with the sound of the waves creating the perfect backdrop for a great night’s sleep. The location was ideal—close enough to campus for all the parent weekend events but far enough away to enjoy the tranquility of the ocean. We loved spending mornings on the deck with coffee, soaking in the view, and evenings watching the sunset as a family. This home truly made our weekend extra special. Our friends and I stayed at this house for a wedding. We had so much fun, we were only five minutes away from the wedding venue, and we were able to walk to a couple bars from the house! We will definitely stay here again next time we plan a trip to Wrightsville.

Our group enjoyed our stay here! It’s a beautiful property and is kept pristine. Steps away from the beach and the house is well stocked with everything you’d need. The property manager is great and very communicative. We will be back!

The house was as advertised, a newer home, very comfortable and clean and on a quiet street with quick beach access. It had a nice view of the ocean from the deck on the top floor and being south facing both decks had lovely breezes. The beds were comfortable and the three full bathrooms were a great feature. The common area was very functional and a lovely place to gather. We will probably rent it again in the future!
