Great stay and views of the lake! Wonderful condo and plenty for the 2 of us. Really enjoyed the big windows and time out on the deck before it turned cold and snowed. Good place to stay!

As VRBO condos go, this was the most well equipped kitchen. I don’t think there’s any way the condo could have been cleaner!

It was a great stay - only problem was the kitchen lights. The location on the lake was absolutely awesome.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. Everything we needed was available, the view was fantastic, and we loved having no steps to the condo!

Our stay was great. There was a beautiful view from our balcony. However the listing saud there was a grill but there was not.I notified the property manager of the issue with the shower in the main bath. The water sprayed out over the top of the shower doors. This could create the potential of a dangerous fall.

Throughly enjoyed staying at this property. Enjoyed the lake view. Really easy to get to the attractions we wanted to see. Felt just like home.

We were very impressed with the property itself. Great location, great view. Everything was clean and the kitchen and bathrooms had the proper supplies. We loved the walk-in shower - so much safer for older folks. There was only three steps to get to the front door as advertised! The owners left great instructions for everything which was really helpful! The only reason we did not give the property an excellent rating was that the people who were staying directly above us were very heavy footed. At 6:00 a.m. each morning the stomping began and did not end until 7:30 a.m. They also stomped around in the evening. It was extremely noisy at times!! I am not sure it is a complete deal breaker for another stay - we would definitely have to take it into consideration.

My friend and I had a beautiful stay at this condominium. The view of the lake is fantastic and the area had wonderful choices to eat out. We will be back again.

Beautiful condo, just 2 steps down on a level walk in unit. Just promised with a wonderful view of the channel. We ate every meal on the deck , watching boats go by.Both pools were fresh and clean. We found the entrance pool across from the beach, to be the easiest to access, and just parked our car next to it. The owner was quick to respond to questions and was super responsive.Great stay! I’m already planning to come back!

I could not rate it the way I wanted and rating it a 4 would be unfair, so I gave it a 5.The view is wonderful and the location is east to get to.The minor issues are 1) the lamps in the master bedroom need fixing/replaced the lights are touchy & 1 lampshade is not connected 2) both toilet seats are on crooked which is odd 3) there is no light over the dining room table which at times causes issues playing games at night 4) the welcome book is nice, but it needs some updating also need information on how to lock the front door 5) the sectional couch is OK but not good to see TV from some spots regarding the lounge chair, some liked it some did not 6) there is no fan or light on the deckIt was an enjoyable stay and we would use it again.

Condo was nice and very clean. We loved the balcony and the beautiful water view! Enjoyed all the facility amenities.

Lake of the Ozarks did not disappoint. The Ledges is a great place to stay. Beautiful views of the lake. Close to any activities or shopping. Will be back next spring!

The condo was awesome. If you like being away from all the hustle and bustle, this is the place. We spent most of our time sitting on the patio watching the lake and boats and birds.

Most of the time that I spent at the apartment, was spent on the balcony. It was shaded from the balcony above and had a wonderful view of the lake. The neighborhood was quiet and the building was easy to find.

Very impressed with our stay. Very clean and everything you need for your stay. Just bring your food and drinks. Beautiful view of the Lake from your room or on the balcony. Very quiet and peaceful place to stay. Would most definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay at Lake of the Ozark.

This is a beautiful 2-bedroom condo overlooking the lake. Very comfortable beds, double vanity in master bedroom, great shower, ceiling fans and 3 TVs. Fully eqipped kitchen and great balconywith table and chairs. Will always try to stay in this condo when we visit Osage Beach. with bea

The views are beyond reproach! Outstanding way to relax and escape from the hectic flow of this world…

You will enjoy the cozy feel of this condo with views of the lake and mansions that can’t be compared.

Nice facility

Can’t miss here! Lovely view. Felt on top of the water. Very clean and well appointed condo ~ only missing a cutting board. Beds were both very comfy. Only issue for one of was that listing indicated cable tv. Roku access only. No big deal for the other one of us. Will be back!

Great location easy access but the dollar tree soap shampoo and laundry detergent was a huge turn off.coffee maker and toaster were also poor quality It also needed a deep cleaning. Dead bugs in light fixtures and sliding glass rails. Over all I’d rent again, but bring my own coffee maker and soaps

Nice property to stay in. Clean, well maintained and has a great view of the lake off of the back deck. Got to watch a couple of good sunrises. Not a long drive to any activities in the area. Was there for a golf tournament and it was conveniently located between the courses we played. Looking forward to rebooking next year!

Condo was very nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Parking was an issue but understandable due to construction work.

They were doing deck repairs while we were there. It made parking difficult. We could not access the handicap parking at our unit. Construction started at 7:00 am so no sleeping in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend (5 nights) at Lake of the Okarks. This condo was perfect. Sitting in the living room, we felt like we were on the water. Great views.

Condo is great, especially because there's not very many stairs. The main problem we had were the people above us. Running kids and loud people. Ugh! But again, other than that it was a great experience

If you are on the fence or undecided about this property, I’m here to tell you now…book this condo! We had a great stay as always! Can’t wait to return!

We had trouble with spiders. Couldn't even go on the deck and found a few inside. Upstairs people were very loud. The owners were very nice and came to bring us ice and spray for spiders. It had everything we needed.

Very clean, nice condo! Absolutely LOVE the view! We were disappointed that it wasn't steps from the beach - the ad made it sound like it was. But it was quite a ways! Also, there was no grill. :(
