This bi-level, direct oceanfront retreat features two spacious levels of comfort, with the entire second floor freshly painted, giving the main living space a bright, clean, and updated coastal feel that immediately puts you at ease.
On the first level, you’ll find the quiet and private primary bedroom, a king-bed sanctuary with peaceful bayside views, its own TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Upstairs on the main living level, the second bedroom continues the bayside view theme with a comfortable queen bed, while the hall bathroom offers another tub/shower combo for added convenience. This upper level opens into a bright and inviting living, dining, and kitchen space, where floor-to-ceiling scenery takes center stage. Whether you’re sipping coffee at sunrise or relaxing after a beach day, the open layout keeps everyone connected. A queen sleep sofa expands the sleeping arrangements to six.
Century 1 provides a great lineup of amenities, including a large indoor pool available in season, an outdoor shower for sandy returns from the beach, a fitness room, a beachfront sundeck perfect for soaking up the sun, and high-speed elevators to keep everything effortless. The building collects a non-refundable $50 registration fee in cash upon arrival, and guests may purchase one additional parking permit for $10 per night or $50 for the week. With its prime mid-town location, guests can walk to Bull on the Beach on 94th Street for casual Eastern Shore favorites, stop by ACME for groceries and essentials, or grab their morning pick-me-up at the Starbucks on 94th Street—all just a few blocks from the building. Unit 2209 rents Saturday to Saturday during the summer season and offers flexible three-night minimums in the off-season.
Guests must supply their own sheets, towels, soaps, and paper products. An optional linen package is available for rent for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please. The property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
