Beyond the Horizon: Oceanfront Sunrise Escape

It was a well deserved kid free weekend trip. The condo was amazing and the views were even better. It was a great relaxing weekend.

The view is excellent in our room looked very much as described, if not better.

This 6th floor condo was perfect for our group of 4 women! SPACIOUS and well appointed with an unparalleled view! The condo was nicely updated and immaculately clean! Elevator and carts made unloading the car to condo a breeze. The location was perfect for us because we didn't feel like we had to fight crowds of people at the beach. Gated so always felt very safe around the property. Plenty of beach toys and some beach chairs, umbrella and ice chest. Good working A/C and surprisingly well insulated unit because we didn't hear much noise from neighbors or even the storm that was happening outside one night. Balcony so peaceful, but the inside window seats were a major plus as well for the views. We had a small hiccup with a breaker tripping and getting WiFi working, but management was there first thing in the morning to investigate. They were very prompt replying to questions. I would definitely rent this unit again.

We rented this condo for a week stay in mid-May. While the condo is pretty nice, there are things future renters need to be aware of before booking this property.The condo itself is pretty accurate to the photos however here are the things you should be aware of:Pros: Nice beds, nice view but the patio is super small. You can really only have 4 people on the patio. The furniture is fine, not new but clean.Cons: The condo needs spruced up. The kitchen faucet is a joke; it's basically broken and just hangs there. The kitchen utensils and pots/pans are very basic. Some of the towel holders in the bathrooms are falling off the wall. The bathroom in Bedroom 2 has a tub that is dangerous because they haven't bothered to put any anti-slip stickers on it, so BEWARE! They also only provide only one towel per person. I had to ask for a few extra and they brought them. We only had 3 beach towels for 5 people.Lastly, a big con. This is not fault of the property owner but renters need to be aware that this condo is in a much older complex and it's just OK, at best. The elevator broke down on the 2nd day and we had to climb up and down 6 flights of stairs for 2.5 days. One of the local residents there says it happens a lot. The grills are the OLD style charcoal grills!!! What, why haven't those been upgraded to gas grills? The pool aren't heated but I don't think that is common in FL. If you can find a unit next door at Ocean Place, stay there instead.

Condo was clean; well stocked kitchen; amazing view & great location. The split bedroom plan gave us all our privacy; which was very nice.

Wonderful stay after Christmas. Beautiful condo. Only had one issue with lights in kitchen and it was addressed immediately. Kitchen is well appointed with dishes and pots and pans but bring your own spices/herbs, aluminum foils, kitchen food supplies. If you plan on making meals. Would stay agai!

The property was great! It was spacious with an awesome view. We evacuated from Tampa for Hurricane Milton and were able to check in 1 hour early. Only disappointment was the tile floors and throw rugs were dirty and black hairs all over the master king bathroom floor. Would be nice if more cleaning accessories were available.

Gorgeous condo! Fabulous view! Convenient to have supplies. Beach & pool just steps away. The guest book they sent with details was so helpful! Definitely recommend!

The condo is great and the view is spectacular. We enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was close including tours, stores and restaurants.
