Communication with the owner was great, the condo was very clean and well kept, and the views were simply amazing.

Great location! Loved the heated pool. Nice view & extra special seeing the dolphins play in the beautiful blue water every day.

Lovely condo with great views. We had a beautiful sunset every evening. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of towels. So nice to have a private beach and pool conveniently close. Layout of the condo is very functional, as well as, tastefully decorated. Plenty of seating. Our stay was one of the best times we have ever had at the Beach. We will be back!

The location on Noriega point provides a very quiet area with great views of the pass leading into Destin harbor. The property itself is very upscale with an amazing hot tub and pool to enjoy. The boat dock was the selling point for myself as it made easy access to enjoy our boat and make it to all the attractions in no time. Would love to book again.

Perfect condo for family. Manager was great/responsive. Great view for P51 flyover and fireworks. Hope to come back next year.

We had the best time! The property is gorgeous, clean, and spacious. Pool was so clean and there was hardly anyone there majority of our trip.

Spring break trip with the family, my wife and 5 children aged 5-14. We absolutely loved our stay. The communication was excellent before and during our trip. Home away from home. They had everything we could want/need at the condo. It felt like home. Great location with gorgeous views. Private beach and heated pool were amazing, it made things easy. Thank you for sharing your home with our family. We would definitely come back again.

We took our 5 kids down for soring break. This place has everything. All of the beach and pool necessities, plenty of kitchen products. Highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo! We loved all the touches that made it feel like home, the well equipped kitchen, the beautiful views and the cleanliness of the condo. The hosts communicated so well and were very friendly and responsive to our requests.

Came to stay at this property for my bachelorette weekend and it was a great experience! The condo was clean and had everything we could’ve needed. The location was perfect for us and the view was spectacular! I wish I could rate the experience with the hosts higher than a 5 star because Megan is phenomenal to work. Highly recommend staying here and we will be back again!

We had a great time and loved this condo. The views were amazing! The condo was very clean and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable. The location was great. We enjoyed even just sitting at the pool just watching the boats go by. We also used Osteen beach and norriego point beaches which were fun for our kids who enjoyed snorkeling and trading off on a jet ski that we rented. We had a great time and hated to leave! Would definitely like to stay here again.

This condo was outstanding! Very well equipped with amazing views! The location is fantastic and close to everything. Leave everything at home because it’s all there for you! Everything you need for the beach including toys for the kiddos, Beach cart, umbrellas, chairs…you name it! This place is unbelievably decorated. The staff of the complex, Marco and Rick were great too. They lent us tennis rackets for the courts and also had corn hole boards ( but we brought our own). They even have carts to help you load and unload. If there is a downside, it would be the resident owners police this place and are very vocal about following the rules…however they were polite in doing so. I’d highly recommend and would definitely return to Sunny Dippin!

We stayed for a few days with our toddler daughters. It was a perfect get away. Plenty for them to do, condo is beautiful, and property is clean and well managed.
