BEST Ocean Views All Rooms Building 4, 4th floor! Largest - End Unit, Quiet !!

Our host Cindy was great. The location and views were better than pictures showed. Spent a lot of time at the pool and on the balcony watching the water. Condo was clean and well maintained. Pool was well maintained and very clean. It was nice to have bathrooms in the pool area that were just as well cleaned. They advertised a bar at the pool and a food truck/cafe, but neither was open during our week there. These must be only available during certain seasons. Property was well maintained and we were never inconvenience due to landscape trimming or trash pick up. Staff we encountered was always pleasant. The beach needs more sand, but overall our stay was great.

This property was immaculately maintained, extremely well cared for and the owners were great to deal with. It is a great base of operations for those who want to explore the upper keys.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Location was perfect. Condo was well appointed and comfortable with a great ocean view. Great swimming pool.Shopping, restaurants and beaches were all within a short drive. We will definitely be returning to this fabulous place.

Note that the beach pictured is not a beach. It's a boat ramp with chairs that has no real view of the ocean. We wanted something on the beach where we could relax with an ocean view and breeze. Expect to stay in your condo the whole time or drive to a beach (which you could do for much less). Also, it was the smallest balcony I have ever seen. It was impossible for 2 people to get comfortable. Given that we had to hang out on the balcony a lot given no beach, it was a beautiful view but extremely cramped. Also watch out for the ring device on the balcony where the manager was watching us. We covered it up. On the plus side, it has stunning indoor views.

Cynthia was an incredible host! We learned on our way down that the elevator was out of order, which was a major concern since my elderly parents cannot manage stairs. Cynthia went above and beyond by securing a nearby hotel room for them so we could still enjoy our family weekend together. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and boasts an awesome view. We can’t thank her enough for her hospitality!

Everything about the host and the unit with one important exception was wonderful. Stunning fourth-floor views from your end unit feels like a penthouse. Cindy (host) was in easy, appropriate and helpful communication with us through check-in. Clear and detailed welcome PDF they sent as well. The issue was the elevator was out, and according to two different security guards had been out at least a week prior, of which we were not informed. Both guards also seemed to think it would not be running again any time soon. For us, one guest does have foot and back issues, but she toughed out the steep climb up four (really five) stories. Our friends - had the reservation been in their name - might have cancelled, demanded a discount, who knows. But again, while that elevator issue is to a degree out of the owner control, I cannot believe they did not know. When mentioned the response was Darn! Have a safe ride home. If you have a wheelchair or older guest this would be even more important to know ahead of time. Had the elevator not been out it would have been perfect. And I share this to safeguard the next guest, as I do not appreciate rolling the dice to avoid a cancellation. Otherwise the unit is gorgeous and clearly well cared for with personal attention, even. So the elevator thing is a true shame, but I believe any guest should be told in advance or provided some kind of allowance for the unexpected trouble.

The condo was just like it was described. Cindy gave us great instructions and recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The ocean view was amazing! Would definitely stay there again.

This is our second stay at this beautiful condo. The views are spectacular. The condo is as listed and extremely comfortable. Clear and instructions and information from the owner. We highly recommend this condo for your visit to the Keys.

Great place to stay with many things to do within a short drive. Loved Snappers restaurant right up the road!!!

Overall property was lovely. Would definitely stay here again. Second bedroom is on the smaller size. Had trouble connecting with the wi-fi.

Poor view of the gulf , small place to sit outside , I thought we could swim at the beach where we stayed !!

The view was fantastic! The condo was very clean and comfortable. The location was great. We went to Islamorada, Marathon and Big Pine Key. It was close to great restaurants.

Cindy was great, communication was very good. Comfortable condo beautifully decorated. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to come back next year.

the condo was beautiful, clean, well equipped and lovely to stay at! Some things that can be improved include knowing the Unit number prior to arrival, knowing that the property management company will NOT allow guests on premises (2 car limit, no exceptions), and the wifi info was not posted or communicated
