Bella Costa | Sweeping Views of Copano Bay + Pool!

The house was very clean and we appreciate that. We had two big issues though: as soon as we walked in, there were a ton of flies! We killed more than 10! And we kept killing flies the rest of the stay. I asked to management for an insect killer but I never got a response to my text. Second problem, the house did not have ONE SINGLE kitchen towel, NOT ONE! Neither the minimum basics like sugar, or laundry detergent (the house next door always provides 2-3 pods) I had to go to the store and buy everything that is normally included with the rental. We only had two bath towels, one hand towel and one wash rug. The house was comfortable and super clean but it was very short on supplies that other rentals provides, and we've been renting for fishing weekends for a very long time, so we know the standards.

Beautiful condo inside and out, clean, air conditioner was nice and cold, very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, comfy beds and gorgeous view right out the back porch. We had a dolphin that would come up to the property just before sunset every day. Wonderful! Did take a bit to figure out the ice maker. My only real complaint is the noise from the upstairs neighbors. It sounded like they were dragging furniture around in the middle of the night! So odd. It was tolerable and didn't ruin the stay, just annoying. Overall a pleasant stay and we will be back.

Property and units are exceptionally clean - the AC worked great and the pool was sparkling blue. Easy access to the fishing pier - it is well lit, very sturdy and well maintained (for worried moms checking - there are rails on both sides of the pier BUT downstairs units are right on the water with no rails or gates - if I had toddlers, I would be more comfortable in an upstairs unit). Great location - just over the causeway bridge and easy access to town while being away from it all. Just enough finishing touches to feel cozy without breakables and clutter - great for oets and kids. Beds are okay - showers are great, fridge works well - did I mention exceptionally clean?? 10/10 would stay here again and recommend for anyone looking for a little getaway at a reasonable price

My family and I enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed, we enjoyed the view and community pool. Will definitely be back.

We’ve stayed on this property multiple times and enjoy the location!

My family stayed here for our spring break weekend. The location was great, 10mins from Rockport beach. The only thing I'd recommend is to bring handsoaps (they only had dish soap), beach towels and wear your shoes, the floors were not clean, our feet were black within minutes of arriving. The upstairs renter was very loud both nights between 1-2am with a child that was running laps, definitely bring earplugs and a sound machine. Overall, we would come back but be better prepared.

This met and exceeded our expectations. Perfect quiet location. Easy access to fishing right out the patio, beautiful tranquil view of ocean. Definitely recommend for low key quality family time. Not far from Fulton beach and restaurants. Already looking to when we can come back! Family recommended!!
