Bella Casa is an 1100 Sq. Ft. No Smoking Condo with 2 King bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2 dedicated off-street parking spaces and 2 lovely outdoor private patios. A fully equipped cooks kitchen with gas stove & oven, microwave, dishwasher, plenty of dishes and utensils,spices and oils, full size fridge, iron and board, full size front loading washer & dryer (detergent and softeners provided) as well as basic cleaning supplies. This should make your trip Easy and Relaxing!
Bella Casa is Less than one walkable mile/driving distance to the Plaza, Canyon Road, Art Markets, Grocery Stores and Restaurants! Both King Bedrooms and the Living Area have Flat Screen TV's (Basic Cable and a few extras) as well as Excellent High Speed WiFi. (Bring your codes to watch any special channels of your own.)
Located on a quiet tree lined residential street in South Capitol, this area is one of the oldest and most charming neighborhoods in Santa Fe. High ceilings with exposed Vigas, a light infused kitchen and living area with views to both front and back landscaped private outdoor patios. A Kiva Fireplace with Battery Operated Candles indoors and a Wood Burning Chiminea (wood provided) for those cooler evenings on the Back Patio. Patio Tables and additional Seating are on both patios.
The Highest speed internet available is included, for those working/keeping in touch during their stay. All access codes are displayed in the condo.
Bella Casa is in the Old Trails Condominium Complex which was built in 1983 on the site of a former estate. The condo is located less than a mile from the center of the Santa Fe Plaza, the Railyard, and Canyon Road. These destinations form a Circle on the Map for fabulous walking or driving adventures. We are so close to Downtown that the Saint Francis Cathedral’s bells can be heard on the patios!
If you are traveling with a larger group, I have a few neighbors on the same street who are also Hosts, and coordinating housing is possible when booking in advance.
Enjoy the downtown Plaza located in the center of Santa Fe, Galleries, Artist Studios, Museums, Loretto Chapel, the Opera, Music Festivals, Canyon Road, Meow Wolf, Farmers Markets, and Art Shows along with Excellent Restaurants. A short drive away you will find Wineries, Spas, Golfing, Skiing, Fly-fishing, Hiking, and Cycling!
The Sky Railway departs from downtown at The Railyard and offers trips for Star-Gazing, Music, Wine adventures and More! Truly a Unique Experience!
Day trips are easily accomplished throughout Northern New Mexico including Taos, Red River, Los Alamos, multiple Indian Reservations, as well as many Casinos. Some of my local favorites are the Cooking Classes available at Santa Fe School of Cooking as well as Art Classes of all kinds (even Glass Blowing!) at several local venues.
The Albuquerque Airport is less than an hour away by car with the recently expanded Santa Fe Airport south of the condo only 15-20 minutes away. Both have Rental Car opportunities on sight and service multiple airlines.
The Two King bedroom & bathroom spaces are separated with one up 9 steps from the main living area and one down 8 steps, which proves to be especially nice for guests privacy. Both of the bedrooms have large closets with plenty of hangers and luggage racks for your convenience.
No matter what brings you to New Mexico, I believe you will truly enjoy your time at Bella Casa! This will be a place to call home while you are away!
